The Health Store Turkey gave me the most amazing experience as I travelled alone to Izmir for Gastric Sleeve Surgery. From the moment I was met at the airport I was given the most fantastic care, the hospital was immaculate....every member of staff I met was wonderfully caring, friendly, and professional. The surgeon was fantastic and was happy to answer every question I had, surgery went well and he was back to visit me several times a day whilst I was in the hospital. The aftercare has been excellent it feels so good to know I am supported as I go forward on my journey. I cannot recommend this company enough!

My experience with Dr Ulas and his amazing team was extremely positive. From the minute that I decided to go to Turkey to have my procedure done and started to do my own research, I was very blessed that I stumbled across Dr Ulas and Rabia❤️ my beautiful patient coordinator/translator. Communication was on point from the beginning to the end of my journey, I felt I was given all the information needed before I made my decision. Had a video call with both Rabia and Dr Ulas to determine what can be done. The day I arrived to Turkey 🇹🇷 I was taken to the hotel which was a superb choice 6 stars hotel.Then straight to blood test. After Rabia came to the hotel and explained in details what to expect with an amazing Turkish coffee. We then had plenty of time to kill we had mad half a day shopping and exploring Istanbul before early surgery admission the next day. On the day I met Dr Ulas, very calm which made me feel very comfortable. He went through the surgery details with me I felt very very safe in their hands. The hospital staff were very friendly and helpful. Recovery was shockingly quick, I was able to go to the market 3rd day after surgery I felt absolutely fine. My journey was really good, Dr Ulas, Rabia and team I can't thank you enough for everything you've done for me. God bless you and your families. I came in for cardiac ablation. I was very nervous but the doctors and nurses put me at ease. The medical staff were wonderful. My room was spotless. My treatment was first class, food was okay too. All the staff including the cleaning staff were very polite and friendly.

I will thank all the doctors nurses and other people who took care of me. You were all amazing. Thanks from the bottom of my heart. I was there with a lung infection at IC.

I had a breast implant the process was explained to me from the start to the end. The staff is so friendly, the hospital is so clean, and my surgeon explained the process of the surgery and aftercare. Very happy with my result.

I had my Gastric Sleeve on 26th April 2022 and I would like to thank Mohamed (Coordinator) for everything he did for us. He organized everything very well (transfer, hospital test before the operation, hospital stay, vitamins and medications, hotel, and transfer to the airport). Op.Dr. Haci Omer Aycan is a great doctor, very kind to his patients, caring, and supportive. The nurses are also very kind and helpful.
