I have been having different types of treatment from AR holistic therapy and I really enjoyed these treatments.. I have had medication from Arshad and he is amazing .. he is very professional and the meditation has been helping me to have that positive mindset. I have had massages done and I have been feeling very relaxed and energetic... I will recommend anyone who is interested to get these treatments done and see the amazing results and I will continue cuming to these sessions as they are helping me with my overall wellbeing thank u to the team

I visited the therapy zone a number of times following shoulder surgery for sports massages. The therapist Sarah was very knowledgeable, discussed what my goals were and how she could help. The treatment was amazing and cut my expected recovery time in half, after each treatment I could feel the benefit. It didn’t end there as she also pointed me in the right direction with how to strengthen my shoulder and even what foods would aid recovery. I have never known a place that gave all the advice as well as the treatment for no extra cost. I would never use anywhere else now. The clinic was very conveniently located less than a minute walk from the metro, train and bus station in the centre of Newcastle. Everything inside the clinic was clean and hygienic but was able to feel warm relaxing and serene. This was achieved by some amazing artwork on the walls and a whole wall painted to look like the sky with clouds. Which was amazing and all created by Sarah herself, who was so warm and friendly it was like meeting with an old friend. The place is a gem!

Another great visit. The girls are always welcoming, friendly and very helpful. My daughter had the hot stone massage and I had facial and head massage. We then relaxed by the pool with a cocktail. Look forward to our next visit.
