Deep tissue massage 1 hour €80 I've never had a massage before and wasn't sure what to expect. I've had problems with my shoulder for years and my GP recommended therapeutic massage. Liz was absolutely brilliant, she put me at ease straight away and explained everything step by step. Would highly recommend, in fact, I've booked another appointment.

Following an accident (fell backwards from a height) I am receiving Tecar Treatment. The pain I was experiencing completely took over my life. When in bed I couldn’t even turn without help. Couldn’t stand up from sitting and worst of all I could only take baby steps. Basically I could do nothing unless my husband did everything for me. Independence gone - scary stuff. I started to improve after a number of sessions over 8 weeks. While home for Christmas and New Year I was so glad to find Brian and The Cottage Clinic that have Tecar Therapy. Brian is a lovely guy and puts you at ease immediately. His purpose-built studio is kitted out very professionally. I can highly recommend Tecar Therapy. It’s a non invasive therapy and very soothing on soft and deep tissue. My injury is in the lumbar area on an old injury. I have made substantial progress with Tecar without taking anti inflammatory or pain relief medication (I’m allergic). I can highly recommend Brian The Cottage Clinic and Tecar Therapy.

I had a calf injury and was struggling to walk any distance. Darren sorted it out in a few sessions, gave me suitable exercises to do and within a couple of weeks I was back doing my usual 5k walk. Super clinician.

I don't even know where to begin with this review because I just have so many things to say. I just finished a course of 12 chiropractic treatments (and have purchased another 12). The improvement in my posture and pain relief is quite unbelievable! I've struggled with pins and needles in my hands, aches and pains all over and migraines. Over 6 weeks the difference has been incredible. All of these issues changed so drastically in such a positive way. Of course I know that due to the nature of my job that chiropractic treatments are going to be something I will need long term. However because my adjustments have been done so well by Magda the time in-between them is longer. Not only do I enjoy going for my chiropractor appointment to be fixed. I also enjoy seeing Magda. She makes you feel so comfortable and at ease from the minute you walk in the door. She explains in detail what is happening physically to your body and makes it easy to understand what it is she's going to do to fix it! Everyone who works there is a credit to the team. Friendly and professional! I've always been greeted kindly by the receptionist who really take the time to talk to you and make you feel welcome. I have also recently had deep tissue massages with Malcolm who is also wonderful. He is full of knowledge, knows exactly what you need and provides a great massage from start to finish. The practice itself is set in such a beautiful location at Blisworth hill farm. It's easy to find and theres free parking. The practice is clean, warm and welcoming.I recommend wellbeing chiropractic health centre as the place to go for all your postural needs and aching muscles. Thank you for healing me Magda. I attended Monageer Clinic with an issue with my shoulder. Oleg was thorough and very professional. I found improvements after the first visit. Oleg adapted some of the exercises to suit other issues I have. I would recommend Monageer Clinic and Oleg to anyone who would be in need of a good physiotherapist

Angela is very welcoming and a good listener. She makes me feel at ease and explains everything clearly. The session really allowed me the time and space to learn about my problem and how to fix it with some massage treatment and at-home exercises. I definitely felt her attention to detail and to me as an individual and I don't get any sense of being asked back for further in-house treatment where unnecessary.
