Shiatsu is an energy based form of massage that takes place with the receiver fully clothed. It is a gentle and effective treatment that incorporates finger pressure, palming, gentle stretching and mobilization of the joints. It's like acupuncture but without the needles, using meridians and acu-points to bring about relief from a vast range of conditions. It is especially good for pain relief & stress relief, pregnancy, labour & post-partum, chronic conditions such as cancer, M.S, M.E, fibromyalgia, tension, headaches, insomnia, depression, anxiety & trauma as well as digestive complaints but the list really goes on... At Embody Health we also offer holistic & deep tissue massage. Our deep tissue massage has an emphasis on slow deep pressure which is particularly effective, as it gives the body time to integrate the changes to the the tissues & allows the receiver to stay present in the treatment. The Hogarth Health Club is a health and fitness club that provides activities as well as health training in a social environment This club features a bar and restaurant where members can socialize. The Bar and Restaurant are available to rent for private functions on Saturday nights. They have a fully equipped gymnasium that has a full complement of treadmills, cross trainers, bikes, as well as resistance training equipment. The Hogarth Clinic also has a myriad of different therapists and therapy treatments including: acupuncture chiropractic services and more.

The Tranquility Zone offer a range of complementary therapies including massages for Dundee and Angus areas.
