I recently had a gastric bypass and lost 8 stone I was very lucky to find this site just by searching online. I have to say I had lost a huge amount of muscles with the weight loss and decided to treat myself and see how my body was doing. I was unbelievably happy with the care and treatment I got from well experience masseuse and the feedback she gave me around my muscle loss and the encouragement going forward. I definitely will be going back for more, one of the best massage I ever had. Not only did she help my body to recover, she also made me stop and think about how in the name of god I got this far without probably looking after my self, mind, body and soul. It was as if she stopped the madness and gave me back the gift of life so if you don't mind, I have to give credit where credit is due. I've been to many places all my life looking for quick fixes for my mental health and a lot of things did suppress my inner demons. I do believe everything happens for reasons and how I got a particular date, time or place with the odds stacked against me, I can't explain but so powerful. She made me look into my inner self that day and I will be grateful for that the rest of my life. Miracles do happen if you let them. I saw Lorenzo at Chiltern Physiotherapy following a fall from my horse. I was concerned that I had fractured my coccyx but Lorenzo was quickly able to find that the source of my pain was in the sacroiliac joint. In two sessions, I went from constant pain to walking and riding pain-free. Such a speedy recovery once I had treatment, I just wish I hadn't left it 10 days before I went. Thank you

Felt very well treated. Very clean and professional physiotherapist. Very confident in what I was being told. Easy clinic to find and close to home. Daily exercises were given now it is up to me to achieve them.

I have had five sessions of acupuncture for severe daily migraines which I have been unable to treat with medications and massage for years. This has worked. I saw a considerable reduction in daily headaches to having two in four weeks. I have not had one since last week. I had a combination of reflexology and acupuncture today which was an excellent service. I would recommend this therapist. She seems to be very experienced. I wish I had visited her sooner.
