These insights are used to rebalance their doshas - or energies (vata, pitta, kapha) - to restore optimal health.Recommended treatment plan: Once the individually recommended treatment plan is drawn up, we explain it to our guest. To ensure success, we ask our guests to participate actively and take responsibility during the treatment period in order to re-establish the perfect balance of their doshas. Without personal commitment the treatments cannot be completely successful.

Nasyam is also a powerful rejuvenative therapy. It is one among the five Panchakarma treatments and is commonly used to treat diseases like paralysis, Parkinsons disease, complex headache, acute sinusitis, diseases of the head, neck and nose, Bells palsy,Arthritis, and cervical spondylosis. Extended treatments give wonderful results for good health management. It stimulates the brain cells and promotes intelligence and memory power; prevents ageing, refreshes oral cavities, and improves hair growth. The sensory organs become stronger, immunity builds up and the person becomes cheerful and brisk. Betterment of sound quality and skin texture are also the benefits of doing nasyam. The treatment commences with the preconditioning of the persons body. This is a short oil massage of the head, face, and neck followed by brief steaming. Next, the person lies down comfortably with his neck slightly raised and head lowered. Drops of the warm medicine are poured into each of his nostrils and he is made to inhale deeply, while the other nostril is kept closed with the thumb. The whole process takes about 20 to 30 minutes and to get effective results it is continued for 7 to 14 days.

Podikizhi -is a very relaxing therapy performed with herbal powder made from a potent mixture of 12 rejuvenating herbs. Here different herbs are powdered and kept in a poultices (kizhi). It is made warm in a pan and a general massage is done to the patient lying in a specially designed table to do panchakarma procedures. The bolus is gently massaged on different parts of the body. Podikizhi is an exhilarating treatment to relieve osteoarthritis, muscle spasms etc.
