I am an Australian citizen. I undertook a CoolSculpting fat freezing procedure at the LINNA Clinic in October 2025. The clinic premises were immaculate, and the staff welcomed and made me feel at ease. The staff were very well qualified to operate the Cool Swiss machine and paid particular attention as to my well-being during the procedure. Emma is incredible at what she does and very friendly. I have been going to Emma for facials for the last 12 months, and more recently neck and back massages. She really is one of the best. I have been a client at 3 other local therapists over the years, and Emma outshines them all. She very quickly gets to know her client. If you want to talk or be quiet, she respects your decision. I took my father to see Dr Lanka at Skin Sense Clinic because his hands, arms, feet and ankles were in a terrible state with raw seeping wounds and very itchy skin. Straightaway Dr Lanka realised my father's GP had been treating him incorrectly and his feet and ankles were in the first stages of ulceration. Her advice was clear and her treatment, although expensive, was spot on. Within five days my father's skin was healing - this after several months of applying the wrong creams prescribed by his GP. By the time of our second appointment with Dr Lanka two weeks later, we were all delighted with the fantastic results of my father's healing skin. Dr Lanka really knows her stuff and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

She advised how I should initiate wrinkles injection before I have permanent wrinkles, that prevention is the best way to treat. It was the first time I heard about this. I saw Dr Ali a few years ago for liposuction on 2 occasions and was extremely impressed with my results and care. He and his team are fantastic and caring. I reached out again yesterday after years later as I had a very horrible experience with a plastic surgeon 2 weeks ago, who did a horrible job and treated me so poorly, and refused to explain and reassure me after surgery, which left me feeling stuck with nowhere to go. Dr Ali fit me in the next day. After our phone call this morning, I feel much calmer. He listened to my concerns and let me know my feelings were valid. He is willing to review in a few months' time if I'm still unhappy to see what he can do, which completely put my mind at ease. I had to have my lower eye blepharoplasty done in Phuket and had to have my stitches removed in Bangkok. After a bit of research I found the metro clinic and after exchanging emails and showing photos of my surgery, I felt assured I would be in good hands at this clinic. The clinic was very clean, and I received a very warm welcome. I didn’t have to wait, I was seen immediately. The dr who removed my stitches was very gentle and very thorough. He was patient with me and did an excellent job. Such a nice man and very good at what he does and the assistant was also very reassuring and helpful. They welcomed me with some cold iced lemon tea and a cold coconut (it was very warm outside) and I was very impressed with the personal touches. My 17 stitches were removed quickly, efficiently and carefully. I’m so glad I chose this clinic to have them removed and at such a great price. Thank you all for being so kind and helpful.

Dr. Corcoran was very friendly and professional. I had two appointments with her. The first one was to work on my jowl, and the second was for the removal of very distinct ageing marks on my face. Both procedures were on the lower scale of discomfort and lasted for a shorter time than I had expected. I have seen dramatic changes with the disappearance of the marks on my face. I was supposed to have a follow-up procedure three weeks later for the doctor to work on the remaining marks, but I could not change my flight plans, so I had to miss out on the follow-up. However, considering the positive result, I am planning to come back to the Philippines and have the kind doctor do more treatments. I had a great experience. The good doctor supplied me with creams as part of the treatment that will help with the healing process. Her laser treatment is far more inexpensive than in other countries that offer a similar treatment. I urge anyone who may be seeking the same treatment to see Dr Corcoran.
