The Positive Mind Clinic is a quiet sanctuary of peace and healing set in the beautiful suburbs of Sunny Pueblo Bravo. Privacy and Calmness are the focus of the setting where real transformational healing can occur without shame or judgement.
The Clinic is operated by David Ellis, who moved got Spain in October 2019. David has worked with many individual clients, groups and corporate groups in the areas of Stress Reduction, Counselling, Hypnotherapy and overall Well Being.
David has been
working with clients since 1998, using his life experience and academic
learning, he helps private and corporate clients to become the best that they can be in their work and life space.
It is his joy to help people to overcome the issues that block them from happiness and their full potential. As low self esteem is the root cause of most mental health issues, he focuses on restoring that lost self-confidence and self-esteem.
David works with clients to assist with the following issues:
FREE PRE-SESSION CONSULTATIONDavid offers a consultation so that you can be sure that David can help you. This is an
informal chat between you and David of about 20 to 30 minutes and is a
chance for you to see if you would like to proceed with counselling or
hypnotherapy sessions.
STRESS MANAGEMENT
Through his life experience and practicing as a qualified
Stress Management Therapist, David has helped many people to overcome stress in
both the corporate and personal environment. Stress is the foundation for bad
health and depression. Reducing stress and its effects now will eliminate the impact of
long term issues in the future.
COUNSELLING
David has been a practicing counsellor since
1998, training and studying with SNHS and CMIT, but his academic learning is
but a shadow of his personal life experience. He has worked with many clients
with diverse issues which include; Stress, Depression, Self Esteem, Abuse,
Eating Disorders, Addictions and Substance Abuse.
HYPNOTHERAPY
David combines his skills and qualification
in hypnotherapy to help clients manage their lives in a self fulfilling way.
Using Hypnosis, David helps his clients to make the changes they need and
more importantly, to maintain this change so they can live their lives to their full potential.
Hypnosis is very effective in areas such as self-confidence, phobias, addiction, weight loss, OCD, depression, neuroses, to mention but a few.
Please Note:
If you are interested in hypnotherapy to help quit smoking,
we would be delighted to help. However, we believe it is more important to
understand the underlying reason why you smoke, to create a long-lasting effect. Therefore all "Quit Smoking" Hypnotherapy sessions have
some prelude exploratory sessions to ensure that you can quit for good. If this
