I worked with Ruairi over a period of months while trying to understand long-standing patterns around relationships, self-worth, and emotional responses.

The work led to real change, not just insight, but a shift in how I understand myself and how I respond. Before this, I would get caught in the same patterns without realising it. Now, I can step back and choose how I respond, with a much stronger sense of self-trust.

I’ve been working with Ruairí since February 2025 and found him very easy to talk to from the start. He creates a calm, grounded space and takes detailed notes, which helped me feel understood at depth rather than rushed or skimmed over.

At a time when I couldn’t see the wood from the trees, Ruairí helped me slow things down and find my centre again. He has a strong ability to recognise patterns, ask the right questions, and offer clear, practical guidance without overcomplicating things.

Through our work together, I’ve developed much greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and trust in myself. The clarity and grounding I gained through this process will stay with me long after the therapy.

Ruairi is hands down the best therapist I have ever worked with.
I’ve struggled most of my life with mental health and addiction issues. My drug use was primarily down to my not being able to understand or deal with my thoughts & emotions. It was a continuous cycle of building myself up, then watching it all crumble down around me again.
1 step ahead and 10 steps back, followed by a massive relapse and a lengthy interval of binge drinking and drug use.
I’ve had numerous therapists, and not to say they weren’t good, but Ruairi is on another level. In short, when Ruairi speaks or gives his own interpretation of how I may be thinking or feeling regarding certain situations and experiences, he is on the money every time!

Ruairi is exceptional at getting to the root of an issue (or issues) to help you see the "whys" of your patterns, not just the patterns themselves. We've had many very interesting conversations that were enabled through mutual trust and respect. His mission is not only to raise your awareness but also to go through de-activation sequences to quiet past traumas and triggers. This truly works, and I've gained much peace and insight from my work with him. He is a gift and I'm thankful to have worked with him.

I stumbled on Ruairi's YouTube channel, right in the midst of the biggest chaos I was going through in my life. I wish I could remember which video I exactly saw, but it spoke to me so clearly, so I took it as a sign and messaged him right away. I'm so glad I did.
Just the simple realisation that my whole body is wired to exist on Fight or Flight mode since I was a child was a big eye opener for me, and the fact that every decision I have made in my life was based on some sort of unrealistic fear. In combination with the hypnosis he does and the protocols I feel like my whole body is more calm now, and I can feel when that fear or anxiety rises, and I just remind myself that I'm safe now, and I can be more present and adequate in heated situations. And that's really big!
My Confidence is back, I'm calmer and secure in the decisions I make. Even the quality of my sleep is much better.

I began working with Ruairi after leaving an abusive relationship & continued working with him over the next few years. I was overwhelmed, lost, and filled with shame about what I’d been through. From our very first session, Ruairi created a space where I felt safe enough to start unpacking what had happened to me—and more importantly, why it happened so I could stop blaming myself. His insight and compassion helped take away the shame I’d been carrying, allowing me to begin reconnecting with friends and family.

Our initial intensive 12-week programme laid the foundation for deeper healing.
