I had the Hopi Ear Candles but included in that was a full head and face pressure point massage, which was amazing! I felt so relaxed and refreshed. The whole treatment was just what I needed. This was my first time at Heavenly Holistic and from my first enquiry to the treatment was fantastic. Sam was so helpful when making the booking all the way through. Her clinic is lovely and you feel relaxed as soon as you enter.

I had been training in the gym and was feeling a bit tight in a few places. Met with Sophie who examined me and diagnosed what needed to be done. The sports massage was very effective as 4 days later I am still feeling the benefit. Sophie also identified a couple of other issues for me to be aware of and to start doing some specific exercises to improve the problem areas. Very good. The clinic is in a house, but from the receptionist to the Physio everyone was polite, friendly and very helpful.

I have been working with Reiki since 2002 and am a Reiki Master, and a fully qualified Homeopath and Reflexologist. I have always been interested in complimentary therapies and had a desire to try and help other people get the best out of their lives........ as I personally have benefitted tremendously from all of these therapies I would love to help you gain a little more calm, peace and balance in your daily life. Reiki is a gentle & non-invasive therapy which works with the Universal Life Force Energy that is all around us, to balance both the body & mind.Treatments are carried out fully clothed & usually on a couch. With the therapist gently laying hands on the chakra points along the body & channelling the energy this enables the clients own healing ability to take place.The energy does it work by clearing any blockages within the chakras, which are energy centres in which all body energy passes. If these centres are blocked discomfort & dis-ease set in, causing many physical & emotional imbalances.There are a number of different types of Reiki. The Usui Method of Reiki however is thought to be one of the purist forms that can be traced back through the Masters to Dr Mikao Usui.I am a Reiki Master/Teacher so if you would like to learn how to use this lovely gentle healing energy for yourself (or how to use it on members of your family/freinds, animals plants and even food) please call me to find out when I am running the next workshop or click .

Having qualified for Swedish Massage in 2004 and aromatherapy and reflexology and 2008, I have developed my own massage techniques for releasing tension from clients' bodies. I encourage relaxation with a lovely heated couch, woodburning stove and peaceful music. Some reflexology is included in massage and I aim to balance and calm the body and mind. Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) - release traumas and stress from your body through tapping on the Meridian points of the upper body. This is a highly effective healing method for clearing lots of conditions, pain, allergies, depression etc. Reiki (Angelic and Usui Master Practitioner), reflexology and Indian Head massage are also enjoyed by the woodburning stove. I began studying mediumship in 2002 and enjoy bringing loved ones from the Spirit world through. Also psychic readings available, with Angel cards or Psychic Tarot cards if required. I am fully qualified and insured (certificates available).

I have been having lower back and hip problems for around a year. Nick subjected me to a relatively gentle manipulation and pointed out more problems with my posture than I actually realised that I had. He has also provided some good tips on exercises to perform that will hopefully create lasting improvements. He doesn’t believe in protracted treatments and says that he can usually help alleviate problems in as little as 3 visits. Nick himself is knowledgeable and professional but is also personable and cheerful. Thank you very much for your help.

I have had medication from Arshad and he is amazing .. he is very professional and the meditation has been helping me to have that positive mindset.
