The therapist takes a preventive approach and provides services primarily to prevent sports injuries. He also offers rehabilitation services for those with sports injuries and painful musculoskeletal conditions and helps them regain their normal function rapidly. A thorough initial consultation is scheduled where a case history is taken, the posture of patients assessed and joint movement tests conducted before treatments begin. Services include sports massage, remedial massage, acupuncture, taping and strapping and Kinesio-taping.

Pilates equipment sessions can be done one to one or two also with our physiotherapists.
