The Plymouth Naturopathic Clinic, operating across three sites in Mannamead, Plymouth sees individuals from all walks of life, young, old, and anywhere in-between, presenting with many differing health conditions.  We regularly see patients from further afield from west Devon and Cornwall with easy access to and from the A38 and only ten minutes from the Tamar bridge. The consultation is designed to provide independent, sustainable and enjoyable health advice for clients, with an interest in living a sustainable healthy life.  As a result and because we offer incredible value for money when compared to other practices we are often fully booked for between 4-6 weeks in advance.  However we run an active cancellation list so often patients are able to be seen sooner. The clinic offers Naturopathic Nutrition and Functional medicine including a large range of testing. Colon hydrotherapy (colonics) is a safe, effective method for cleansing the colon of waste material.  The procedure is very simple; the colon is repeatedly flushed with warm filtered water at low pressure which, when released, brings out with it any loose and impacted debris and toxic material.  The water is introduced and released via a small sterile tube inserted into the rectum to a depth of two inches (5cm).   The procedure is not painful or uncomfortable provided that a few basic rules are followed by a competent practitioner.  The procedure itself lasts approximately 45 minutes.

I am waiting for surgery to replace my right knee due to arthritis. Not sure when it will happen, decided to try acupuncture to relieve the pain and try to remain mobile. I chose Parker and Jones because the reviews were positive, close to home and friendly to deal with on the initial phone call. I was allocated to Sam Watson for my treatment. He is very professional and explained everything thoroughly putting me at ease. I have had two lots of treatment now with another one today. Not only acupuncture but exercises to do to strengthen the muscles and a massage to relax the thigh muscle. The treatment has definitely improved the quality of my life. I feel very safe there.

I don’t usually comment on specific health issues. However, I was in a lot of pain with my left leg and knee. I saw Hannah, who soon diagnosed my problem. Hannah explained exactly what was happening, showed me my leg muscles on a comprehensive chart and started working on me. I’m very pleased & grateful for Hannah’s treatment. I found her completely professional, caring and happily for me correct in her diagnosis. I’m not completely cured (age related) but the pain is bearable thanks to Hannah. I’d happily recommend Hannah & Graham to anyone & everyone I know. I’ve got a prolapsed disc, spondylitis in my back and neck, and degenerative spinal injuries. I DON’T LET ANYONE TOUCH MY BACK, EXCEPT GRAHAM JANES. And now Hannah. I pray that they never leave Hornsea.
