Pure Line Clinic

When it came to deciding on which clinic to get my surgery done, I researched different clinics and came across Pure Line Clinic. After reading reviews from Google, Hair Restoration Network and other social media platforms I decided to choose them as they have a great reputation.

During my time at the clinic, Dr Mesut and the rest of the staff were extremely polite and helpful in order to make the experience stress-free. Selim(whom I first made contact with) was extremely helpful with organising my trip for me and also answered any questions that I had about the surgery or general questions. Selim was quick to respond and able to provide help and support whenever it was needed. Any nerves that I had were soon removed once I got into the clinic thanks to the kind staff and professional service that they provided. I was concerned that the surgery would be painful, however, the anaesthesia made it pain-free and the whole experience was relaxing. I look forward to seeing my results in the future.

I had the transplant in January 2023, a more than satisfactory and positive experience, maximum organisation, Selim was very helpful, a 5-star hotel, a very clean clinic. They were very helpful with me enough to let me stay a few days longer to treat a small dermatitis and then perform the surgery at no extra cost. I am very happy with the result and will be returning in 2024 to treat the vertex area.

Absolutely incredible service from start to finish, unbelievably organised and professional and one of the cleanest and friendliest hospitals I have visited around the world.

I was supposed to write a review shortly after I had my procedure, but I decided to wait for the final results and maybe even my second session which I am looking forward to. As it doesn't look like I will be doing it anytime soon, I will leave my review now (2 years after the procedure).

The team was incredible. Very polite and understanding. I've got a massive phobia from needles, blood tests, etc, and they helped me get it together and put me at ease, even as an adult. Dr Mesut was a massive contributor, if it wasn't for Dr.Mesut , I would have never went through with the procedure and can't even imagine getting it done anywhere else. They are very patient. I don't know if it's different for each person, but the procedure was completely painless. The driver was very polite, the hotel was beautiful, and Turkey was a wonderful country.

Am I happy with the results? I was advised that I will need a second session before my procedure, so for what my hair was and what it is now, I am very happy, and plan on doing another session.

Service was unbelievable from start to finish. Picked up from the airport in luxury and taken to our fantastic hotel where the staff could not do enough for you. Everybody at Pure Line Clinic made you feel at ease and comfortable all the way through and nothing was a problem.

During the procedure, you are reassured throughout and the facilities are spectacular. When the procedure is finished they give you a lovely meal and don’t rush to get you out and back to the hotel. They let you take your time and relax until you are ready. The aftercare received is absolutely brilliant. The products they give you are also amazing and they are included in your package. When I returned home we kept in touch via Whatsapp and nothing was a bother to them.

Again being ever so reassuring and always having time to answer any questions I had. Now 18 months on I am absolutely over the moon with the end result and I’ve had nothing but compliments. Would highly recommend.

Pure Line did an amazing job - my hairline looks full and natural, and the results exceeded all of my expectations. The recovery went smoothly and I felt like I had the support I needed all the way through this experience.

Short version: these guys are the best, go for it.

Longer version: For better or worse, this is my second procedure (the first time was with another provider). Between that, and the fact that I did a lot of research (met with 5-6 providers over a couple years) before even the first procedure, I have a lot of context.

Pure Line Clinic team really care. It's evident in the small things.

One, Dr.Demir and specialist Canan spent a great deal of time at the outset making sure we got our goals just right. It wasn't even just to please me, though that was clearly important. I could tell he takes deep pride in his work and that it mattered to him personally that the outcome would be a great one. This was in contrast to my first procedure, which in retrospect felt a bit procedural and somewhat rushed.

Two, I liked that Dr. Demir listened but also had an opinion. I think the best provider in these situations is someone who can marry what the client wants with their judgment.

Three, the clinic gives you everything you need to minimise the post-procedure hassle: medication, pads, sprays, even a neck pillow. It's a small but significant element of care.

Four, everyone is a professional. Everyone on the staff was professional and friendly. They've all been doing this a long time. They explained things in a way that was very clear and crisp. I wish I could remember all their names to thank them personally, but I'm sure they'll understand that I was a bit out of it. (I barely remember what movies I watched.)

Five, Selim was a great communicator. We had to reschedule a number of times due to my challenging schedule, and he was always gracious.

At one point it clicked for me: these guys are artisans, others are industrialists. They really care, and I imagine they'll turn down business if it doesn't feel like the right fit. Other clinics feel like a factory: they're just waiting for you sign.

If you're going to take this step, do it right. It's not cheap in any scenario, and it's quite a lot of personal sacrifice and pain. Make sure to go with the best. Otherwise, why bother?

I underwent my hair transplant in November 2022 in Istanbul after a chat/consultation with Selim

Selim was great at getting me in for the procedure and fitting around my work commitments and recovery time needed after. I only waited 4 weeks from booking the transplant to having it done.

All my questions and concerns were spoken about beforehand as I was naturally nervous.

On the day the procedure took about half a day and the staff were professional and put me at ease throughout.

The procedure itself was absolutely painless although the injections to numb the head were uncomfortable but nothing extreme.

I’m now nearly 10 months post transplant and I am absolutely chuffed with my hair. I wanted to wait a while before posting anything so I could see the results. I now have a really naturally looking hairline at the front and it’s given me confidence in the way my hair looks again. Everyone comments on how great it looks! I honestly wish I had done it sooner.

Selim has always been on hand before and 12months after the procedure to answer any questions including what to be using on my head to maximize results.

The service has been amazing and I couldn’t recommend getting a hair transplant done with Pure Line Clinic enough!

I had a hair transplant carried out by Pure Line Clinic three weeks ago, All team were very professional and friendly throughout the procedure, and Selim provided great consultation and pre/post-op care.

The healing process has been very fast, all the scabs have gone by exactly one week after, and I have not experienced any complications.

Obviously, it’s far too early to know the end results yet, but considering my experience of Pure Line Clinic, I can recommend them very highly.

I am 25 days post operation. I had 4,700 grafts.

The customer experience was excellent throughout; from pickup at the airport, hotel, shuttle service, service at the clinic, all the staff, and the communication throughout. Excellent customer service throughout.

Comments on the procedure are limited right now, as its only been 25 days. But there are now lots of new hairs, where once there was (extended) forehead! I am happy so far, and looking forward to seeing the results in 6 to 9 months.

I didn't tell many people that I was having this procedure, and was a little nervous on how it would be received. It's surprising the number of people who have approached me, very curious and what's involved. I have had no problem recommending Pure Line Clinic to anyone who I have spoken with
