The confirmation I received from the international patient coordinator was that they will use manual extraction FUE method for the hair transplant, and the number of the hair grafts will be 5000-5500. At the operation day, they used micro FUE extraction method and at the end, the nurse told me they transplanted 4200 hair grafts. The hair surgeon left in the middle of the operation, and the nurses continued the operation unsupervised. The transplanted hair didn't look like look any near that number, however, after a few days by coincidence at a work function, I met a hair transplant surgeon, and we had a conversation about the procedure I did. When I mentioned to him I had 4200 grafts transplanted, he was surprised and said to me he thinks it's around 2500, maximum 3000 grafts. I thought I must get another opinion. I went to a hair surgeon to get an opinion, also used online forms, and I received the same feedback. No one showed up in the next day to double-check or even to change the head bandage for me. I had to look for a pharmacy around the hotel area and I paid them money to change it for me because it was bloody and yellow. I feel very disappointed, sad, and angry. This was a horrible experience for me. I wasted my money and my time.
Never use them. This was the most horrible experience I've had in my life.
