I am a single mother by choice. After a long journey of hospital searching,I chose Nadezhda. I flew to Sofia in March 2019, and now, I am a mother of a 3-month baby girl.I think I made the best decision ever to receive IVF treatment at Nadezhda.For those who are looking for the IVF information abroad, here are some of my experiences: 1) For foreigners like me, language barrier is one of the major concerns.Nadezhda's case coordinators would help us upon this aspect. My case coordinator, Ms. Iva Stoykova explained the process step by step in deails,which definitely calmed me down. When she cannot accompany me during some occasions, she would text me and tell me in advance what I should be prepared for and expect.Ms Iva is quick, responsive and helpful. She would answer all your questions related to treatment, and help you every step throughout the whole process. 2) IVF might be a matured technique, however, since it is a life-change decision for us, we all have lots of worries. Nadezhda's doctors and nurses donot only have knowledge and techniques for the treatment, but also have been very supportive and positive. The whole treatment for me was efficient and warm. Especially, I have to say Dr Stamenov is a great doctor, he is so capable in his field, and he always makes me relaxed.Trust me,a good mood would help a lot during IVF treatment! I remembered that Dr Stamenov had to go for a business trip when I had my egg collection, so he asked another doctor take care of me. That was an anxious moment. 3) Cost. Since not all countries allow IVF for single women. I have been comparing costs in several countries including the U.S., Australia, Nadezhda is highly cost-effective. Including the accommodation and air tickets, it is still worthy for me to fly to Sofia. In short, my experience in Nadezhda was simply amazing. I full-heartedly would recommend this clinic to everyone who is interested in the IVF treatment. Now,I still have embryos frozed at Nadezhda, and I am simply waiting for the right timing to fly back to Sofia in the near future.Dr Stamenov and his team are superb!
