My husband went for earwax removal (elsewhere) and came out deaf. Apparently not common but can happen and can be temporary or permanent. We went to a few specialists none of whom helped so I remembered John Lloyd who had helped me in the past. We made an appointment and John was very knowledgeable and thorough. I had the most wonderful experience with Mr Masha Singh. I visited him for an earlobe repair after stretching my earlobe a few years back. I spoke to a few other practices but this one was really good value, and the communication with Renata was quick and painless. On the day, Mr Singh made me feel totally at ease, with a really helpful description of what the surgery entailed, what the potential risks were, and what the end result would be. It made a potentially nerve-wracking experience much more relaxing. He was chatty and very kind throughout. I’ve had my stitches out today, and I’m delighted with the result. A few more weeks and it’ll be good as new! Thanks to everyone who works at the GP surgery - and particular thanks to Mr Singh!
Went today to have some cholesterol deposits taken out from under my eyes. Despite the pain which was explained and expected, the service was second to none. I was kept informed completely and throughout, my practitioner was warm and welcoming and an absolute professional. The clinic was well kitted out and inviting and clinically spotless. A very pleasant experience with lovely staff.
