Yet another SUPERB experience with the Earwax Doc. Satpal has treated my wife so well and successfully in the recent past, so I knew I was in safe hands with him. I felt that there was some water or fluid trapped in my ear after swimming. I arrived, and I was swiftly invited into Satpal's surgical office. After looking deep into both ears with his specialist ear camera, Satpal showed me the images of dead skin in the ears--- an abundance of it !! He advised microsuction to remove it and allow a better view of my eardrums. 10 minutes later, he had done this with his painless microsuction procedure. This cleared my ears and showed that they were free of infection and not compromised by water, wax or dead skin, and my hearing improved as soon as I left the premises. I can't emphasise how reassuring, polite, patient and professional Satpal was. Professional is the operative word because his qualifications are impeccable. A Fabulous experience by an equally fabulous practitioner.- This is THE place to go with any hearing problem.

Popped in to take an appointment for some wax removal from my ears. Satpal said he was in a position to do it immediately if I wished, as he had a half-hour gap in his schedule. He did a superb job and in just ten to fifteen minutes,s removed a colossal amount of wax from each ear. He showed me a photo of my wax filled ears prior to treatment and after the painless procedure he showed me an image of my wax --FREE-- ears. He'd eliminated every shred of wax and was attentive, polite and courteous throughout. I felt the benefit immediately. As soon as I left the premises, I could hear everything clearly again- what a difference! My hubby doesn't"have to repeat himself any longer, and I can turn down the volume on the TV. I was so lucky that Satpal was able to attend to me immediately, and he has done a FANTASTIC job. He is my first point of call now when I sustain wax-filled ears, which is an affliction I've had for a number of years. Satpal is a genius. Earwax doc" reigns supreme, Top marks.

I have a 91-year-old dad with very blocked ears and he could hear nothing. I tried to wash them out but unfortunately I made things worse. I checked the internet for some help but didn’t hold out much hope as today is Sunday but I looked anyway. To my surprise I found the earwax doctor website and he was open - I couldn’t believe it. I called and managed to get an appointment within the hour.

I took dad and after a check up to confirm really badly impacted ear wax and after the micro ear wax removal has been completed he could hear again. Everything was explained to us step by step and there were before and after pictures which was great.

I cannot praise this service up enough who would have thought that I could get this done in a Sunday and so quickly it’s just amazing.

Excellent service was seen within 5hrs of making query. I have a skin condition that spreads to and blocks the ear I was let down by 2 other clinics as they were not confident in dealing with my condition. However EarwaxDoc had no issue in understanding and clearing my ear which has reduced days of anxiety. Would recommend to anyone.

Really good service. Was caring and the room was really nice and clean. I was a bit apprehensive but there was no need- sorted out my ear problem. So much better. Definitely recommend this clinic.

Tonight I visited the clinic for micro suction to my right ear and received excellent treatment with no pain or discomfort. I was extremely happy with the service, after not being able to hear for two weeks. Wish I'd have got it all done sooner.

Excellent treatment 2 days ago for a blocked right ear which I could hardly hear out of.

Once the camera had showed the blockage, I had microsuction followed by irrigation to relieve the problem. Really gentle and all done within 15 minutes.

Excellent service, I had a problem with earwax affecting my hearing when I woke up on Sunday morning. I contacted their office and they booked me in the same morning.
