All was swift, informative, and efficient. Ears cleaned without fuss and effectively. It was nice to see an actual specialist who was also calm, friendly, and pleasant. I got an appointment very quickly. Reasonable pricing and it is a relief to have clear ear canals again!
I have seen two gps this week regarding my ear infection and was prescribed antibiotics then eventually an ear spray. However, my left ear was still very uncomfortable so I was able to quickly get an appointment to see Donna. I was so shocked when she let me see the inside of my ear on her screen, lots of build-up of skin etc still in there which hadn’t been mentioned by either GP.! Donna used micro suction and told me I must carry on with the spray 3 times a day for a while (GP had been quite blasé about me needing it ). I left Donna, who spent lots of time talking and explaining, feeling very happy and satisfied with the consultation and thorough treatment! Lovely lady too, will recommend her, definitely 🥰

My husband went for earwax removal (elsewhere) and came out deaf. Apparently not common but can happen and can be temporary or permanent. We went to a few specialists none of whom helped so I remembered John Lloyd who had helped me in the past. We made an appointment and John was very knowledgeable and thorough. It was a great meeting and we really feel that John has helped us. We have two new hearing aids on the way and are hopeful these will really help. I would recommend John anytime.
I had the most wonderful experience with Mr Masha Singh. I visited him for an earlobe repair after stretching my earlobe a few years back. I spoke to a few other practices but this one was really good value, and the communication with Renata was quick and painless. On the day, Mr Singh made me feel totally at ease, with a really helpful description of what the surgery entailed, what the potential risks were, and what the end result would be. It made a potentially nerve-wracking experience much more relaxing. He was chatty and very kind throughout. I’ve had my stitches out today, and I’m delighted with the result. A few more weeks and it’ll be good as new! Thanks to everyone who works at the GP surgery - and particular thanks to Mr Singh!
