Saw Mr Leach on the recommendation of my brother, who had been the previous week and said his hearing had been completely transformed. I found the procedure to be quite simple and not as intrusive as one might expect. Mr Leach was most approachable, very professional and took great care to explain things in detail. Being able to see the before and after shots on camera was also very satisfying. Really enjoyed listening to the car stereo at lower volumes on the way home. Also my Tinnitus was reduced to a tolerable level once more. I highly recommend this service.
I can highly recommend this clinic. Had a local anaesthetic and there was no pain at all, as the doctor added a 'buffer' to the injection. Shame the NHS can't do this. The staff are very friendly and the doctor was brilliant. Will definitely use it again if needed.

I have seen two gps this week regarding my ear infection and was prescribed antibiotics then eventually an ear spray. However, my left ear was still very uncomfortable so I was able to quickly get an appointment to see Donna. I was so shocked when she let me see the inside of my ear on her screen, lots of build-up of skin etc still in there which hadn’t been mentioned by either GP.! Donna used micro suction and told me I must carry on with the spray 3 times a day for a while (GP had been quite blasé about me needing it ). I left Donna, who spent lots of time talking and explaining, feeling very happy and satisfied with the consultation and thorough treatment! Lovely lady too, will recommend her, definitely 🥰
I have a 91-year-old dad with very blocked ears and he could hear nothing. I tried to wash them out but unfortunately I made things worse. I checked the internet for some help but didn’t hold out much hope as today is Sunday but I looked anyway. To my surprise I found the earwax doctor website and he was open - I couldn’t believe it. I called and managed to get an appointment within the hour. I took dad and after a check up to confirm really badly impacted ear wax and after the micro ear wax removal has been completed he could hear again. Everything was explained to us step by step and there were before and after pictures which was great. I cannot praise this service up enough who would have thought that I could get this done in a Sunday and so quickly it’s just amazing. Thank you so much for all of your help and I won’t hesitate to contact again.
