Ear Nose and Throat Clinics Bedfordshire

I made an appointment for my mother to have her ear wax removed, my mother is 85 years old and suffers from dementia and Alzheimers and is an extremely nervous person and dislikes all medical professionals. I sent a message to the clinic via their online form and received a call back within minutes of doing so. I made the appointment and brought my mother, who was so upset with me that I brought her. But, Sam Haque, very swiftly and professionally made my mother feel at ease, by talking to her and reassuring her throughout the Micro-Suction procedure. Sam made a short video to show my mother and us the before and after state of my mother's ears and by the end of the session, which was very quick my mother left in such a happy mood, which is a first for any appointment. Sam and the rest of the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Thank you so much for a very, very professional experience. I would definitely recommend to everyone especially if you are nervous about these types of procedures or you care for someone who is vulnerable, nervous and weary of these types of procedures.
