I visited ‘I Love my ears’ yesterday for the first time. I had previously attended spec savers but felt they were not as knowledgeable. I saw an audiologist called Khurshid. She immediately put me at ease and was able to answer all my questions. I would recommend people cut out the middleman and go straight to a qualified audiologist at ILME. My Husband now has an appointment next week.

Joanna is a fantastic nurse. I came in today for an examination that didn't require any treatment, but she went above and beyond by giving me plenty of helpful advice on how to manage my symptoms. She took the time to explain everything clearly, and even though no treatment was needed, I left feeling reassured and equipped with exactly the guidance I was looking for. Highly recommended!
