Bio-identical HRT: I been seeing Dr. Mantzourani for over a year now and I can honestly say she is one of the most engaging, empathetic and knowledgeable doctors I have encountered. Her approach is positive and solutions-focused which resonates well with me. I found the treatment to be effective and am therefore continuing client. I would highly recommend paying Dr. Mantzourani a visit. Dr. Peter Stat who organizes the blood tests is also very helpful, knowledgeable and approachable. I would definitely recommend the London Functional Clinic as a whole.

I had treatment for IBS symptoms of pain, discomfort, bloating and trapped wind. Each session included a time of relaxation and some explanation of how the gut works and how to manage symptoms. In addition, Janet gave me various information sheets and 4 CD's (which she'd recorded for me) to play at home. I feel that I have benefited from the sessions, in that I have a clearer understanding of the gut's workings and more control over my symptoms. I would certainly recommend that a friend with similar symptoms considered going this route. I think it was quite good value for money, though knew there wouldn't be a 'cure'; I just feel in a better position now. I searched online for hypnotherapists in Sheffield and chose Janet because she specialized in IBS and seemed to be well qualified in this area. I found her friendly and easy to get on with. She gave me the opportunity to ask questions and describe my situation in detail and there was plenty of time at each appointment, without them feeling rushed.

If you choose to visit the Dove Clinic you will join many other patients who come because they are looking for something different to the conventional approach to treatment and the Dove Clinic offers that option. A number of our patients attend as a result of word of mouth referral and not only from the local area but also nationally and internationally. A doctor’s appointment at the Dove Clinic offers sufficient time for consultation, a whole body approach and continuity of care with knowledgeable experienced practitioners. Consultation and treatment approaches combine new and/or existing treatment methods.  This is continued after your initial consultation with a ‘tailored’ treatment programme.  Your progress is then reviewed and adjustments made if and when necessary.
