Hi I'm Karl and I run My Chi. I have been in practice for the past four years as an acupuncturist and for eight years before that as an acupressurist. I trained with the CACMS in Beijing and also studied both Chinese and Western herbal medicine. Through my martial arts training I learned tai chi and qi gong (a form of energy work and breathing exercises). Catherine has specialised in sports nutrition and is on the panel of Sports Dietitians for the Irish Institute of Sport for elite athletes. Catherine works closely with local doctors and consultants and also provides nutrition services to schools, industry, sports teams and community groups. All clients are seen on an individual basis and prescribed a dietary plan to meet their individual requirements.

This is a private practice hence there is little/no waiting -time to see the doctors . This is particularly suitable for busy people and enables them to get back to business /work . It facilitates and encourages people to attend for health checks as often delays and waiting can be disincentives and result even in people neglecting health check -ups .
