Welcome to Jane Kennedy’s Studio here at Blackstairs Wellness.  We are situated in picturesque village of Kiltealy which is located in the foothills of the Blackstairs Mountains, County Wexford.  The Studio is in a quite, peaceful and tranquil setting, where you can join us on one of our weekly Yoga or Pilates Classes or 1:1 sessions, Wellness Retreat Packages or any of our Therapy sessions. Wellness Retreat Days are run monthly and great for when you need some extra time to switch off, feel nourished and reconnect.  Our Wellness For Two package is a personalised mini retreat for two people to include Craniosacral Therapy or Swedish Massage, Personalised Class or your choice and delicious home cooked vegetarian lunch. If you’d like to book some time with your friends or family contact me for private group bookings on Wellness Day packages or any Yoga and Pilates Classes.
