I took my father to see Dr Lanka at Skin Sense Clinic because his hands, arms, feet and ankles were in a terrible state with raw seeping wounds and very itchy skin. Straightaway Dr Lanka realised my father's GP had been treating him incorrectly and his feet and ankles were in the first stages of ulceration. Her advice was clear and her treatment, although expensive, was spot on. Within five days my father's skin was healing - this after several months of applying the wrong creams prescribed by his GP. By the time of our second appointment with Dr Lanka two weeks later, we were all delighted with the fantastic results of my father's healing skin. Dr Lanka really knows her stuff and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

The receptionist was exceptionally warm, friendly, and courteous. On the day of the appointment, my first in-person contact with the staff, I was immediately put at ease. The doctor was warm, friendly, and informal in his manner, which was both reassuring and confidence-inspiring. He patiently talked me through the options available, and performed the surgical procedure with the utmost precision and professionalism—to my untrained eye, anyway! I don't suffer from the so-called 'white coat' syndrome. But, if I did, the nurse would have dispelled it with her friendly banter! I highly recommend Thornhill Clinic. They ticked all the boxes for me.
