Had my first scale and polish with the hygienist, Kirsty today. I am an extremely nervous patient and discussed this with Kirsty. She was immediately kind, understanding, empathic and understanding. She told me what she was going to do and discussed options with me. She made sure that I was comfortable with the procedure and said that she would stop immediately if I needed her to. I was anxious throughout the procedure but just trusted Kirsty and decided to continue until it was finished. I would thoroughly recommend Kirsty to anyone who is a nervous patient. She really did do everything she could to put me at ease. She is extremely kind and understanding and very professional. She made what is always quite a difficult experience for me, a lot easier
