After chewing through yet another mouth guard, I was looking for a stronger alternative. Dr Bashir was recommended by a family member who had been receiving treatment from him and, following a consultation, he completely changed my understanding of the problem and tackled the clenching and grinding rather than just increase the strength of the mouth guard. He took me through the options and explained the possible next steps. I opted for injections into my jaw muscles to help reduce the intensity of the grinding. Both Dr Bashir and Lisa were great and put me at ease throughout. The treatment was over two sessions and was very quick. It has already stopped the headaches and discomfort in the morning as the injections reduce the intensity of the clenching and grinding throughout the night. The injections are really good value for money as they last and will help reduce further damage to my teeth. As a new patient, I was really impressed by the warm welcome I received from the friendly staff.
