I’ve been using Melbourne for the past four years, and I can honestly say that if I’ve ever had any issues, he’s always been quick to put things right and sort everything out. He’s such a genuinely lovely person, and the team he’s built reflects that. The girls work incredibly hard for him, and it’s clear that Melvin truly appreciates them. First class! A dentist who listens to patients and certainly puts patients at ease, same applies to the dental nurse. Was given an appointment earlier due to toothache which required a prescription. All round great service from all, not forgetting about the receptionists. This clinic was recommended and certainly would pass on the same recommendation.

Had an appointment today and got my implant denture fitted. Am very pleased. The treatment has taken time but it was worth it. Nothing was too much trouble, I'm a very nervous patient but I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. The whole experience was worth every penny.

It's a pleasure to attend this practice. The place is spotless. You receive a warm welcome from Mrs. Golfraz or Jo. The surgery radiates calmness. Dr. Golfraz is lovely. He explains everything he is going to do and it's painless.
