A Wonderful Experience at Oaks Dental Practice I had an amazing experience at Oaks Dental Practice. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The office is clean, modern, and very comfortable, which made me feel at ease right away. I went in for a routine check-up and cleaning and I was very impressed with the level of care and attention I received. The dentist Dr Ramona Seth was thorough in explaining every step of the process, which really put me at ease. They also took the time to answer all my questions, making sure I understood what was happening with my dental health. The procedure itself went smoothly, and I could tell that the dentist really cared about my comfort throughout. I left feeling refreshed and confident about my dental care. The Hygienist Faizan was very gentle and professional. I highly recommend Oaks Dental Practice to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and caring dental team. I'll definitely be returning for future visits!

The service you receive is excellent, the receptionist Teresa is so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much for her. Rachel is my dentist and she is fabulous. I am a very nervous patient due to past experiences elsewhere and Rachel has made me feel less nervous and I trust her implicitly. She is so friendly, approachable and really cares about her patients. You would go a long way to find someone like Rachel.

I chose this surgery as I was recommended by a colleague, who had just had a crown fitted there. She said Dr Johal is so gentle and that he had done a great job. Since attending the practice I have had restorative white fillings, a white molar crown, check-ups, hygienist ultrasonic and hand scaling, polishing and air-flow cleaning, a nightguard to stop grinding teeth, and whitening treatment. I love this practice! The dental team are outstanding; friendly, caring, relaxed, very professional, - making your visits as pleasant as possible. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They always have time for you and make you feel important. Dr Sohal is amazing and has been very patient with all my questions, and is a wealth of information! He never rushes you or the work. I have been working in dentistry as either a nurse or receptionist for 40 years, (I don't work at this practice ! & I haven't been paid to write this review !), and I really believe they are the best! I know of lots of other practices to compare it with! The prices are good and the treatment and results excellent! I even enjoy going to the dentists now! Simply the best, better than all the rest!

I recently had a dental exam at The Dental Design Studio, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Dr. Nila and the hygiene nurse, Alina, were both fantastic. They thoroughly explained my treatment plan, and I felt confident in their recommendations. My upper left second tooth was severely decayed, but Dr.Nila's skilful hands saved it with expert fillings. Surprisingly, I experienced no bad pain( a little and totally manageable) or discomfort during and after the treatment. It's been a week now, and my tooth functions perfectly. The clinic's clean and welcoming environment , along with their attentive staff, made the entire experience pleasant. Rashil Patel has tended to my teeth now three times, and they have needed intensive care! Mr Patel is the only dentist I have been to who makes me feel safe. He is extremely careful, his injections pain-free, he is thoughtful, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and answers the questions in my head before I have even asked them! At every stage, he checked that I understood what exactly he was doing and the expected benefits/any potential future problem that there may be. Grateful thanks too to his practice nurse who was quietly efficient and kind and the reception staff are a delight to speak to on the phone and they are calm, and welcoming and know what they are doing without fuss. (Apologies I don't know their names or that of the practice nurse). Prices are given up-front so I knew exactly what to expect. Everyone at Pinn Dental Practice make going to the dentist a pleasure - well, not quite - but certainly as painless as possible. Thank you.

I have always been scared of the dentist due to previous experiences. I joined the practice several years ago and I can honestly say I have found my Dentist. I explained my fears and she listened. I had an appointment today with Dr Pooja Pandhey. She knows I am very weary but somehow she makes me feel at ease. So comfortable so relaxed. She takes the time to explain and is patient as I get overwhelmed sometimes. Best dentist I have ever had, and would highly recommend Dr Pandhey and the team at Sweetcroft for their excellent care and customer services. I can honestly say I do not dread my routine appointments anymore. Also I think the renovation and the new decoration in the surgery looks great.
