The service you receive is excellent, the receptionist Teresa is so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much for her. Rachel is my dentist and she is fabulous. I am a very nervous patient due to past experiences elsewhere and Rachel has made me feel less nervous and I trust her implicitly. She is so friendly, approachable and really cares about her patients. You would go a long way to find someone like Rachel.

I have always been scared of the dentist due to previous experiences. I joined the practice several years ago and I can honestly say I have found my Dentist. I explained my fears and she listened. I had an appointment today with Dr Pooja Pandhey. She knows I am very weary but somehow she makes me feel at ease. So comfortable so relaxed. She takes the time to explain and is patient as I get overwhelmed sometimes. Best dentist I have ever had, and would highly recommend Dr Pandhey and the team at Sweetcroft for their excellent care and customer services. I can honestly say I do not dread my routine appointments anymore. Also I think the renovation and the new decoration in the surgery looks great.

Always a very positive experience at this clinic being treated by Dr Sanehi! Highly recommend him and his team. Very professional; an expert in his field and looks out for the very best for the patients. I have been to multiple dentists and I could say he is the best I know, hence, I have chosen to have him as my dentist, despite of me relocating to outside London. The dentist took no time to review me and confirmed what my other dentist diagnosed. He even slashed the amount of the consultation fee in half. That was very good of him, as he doesn't have to. A big thanks to Dr Bilal and also the secretaries, very welcoming. I will recommend this surgery
