On my first visit to the clinic I was greeted by Billy who took me through the booking in experience and was very helpful as was Sarah who made the appointment. Sam and Barbara were my nurses who set me at ease as I was having a tooth extraction and when all was ready I met Dr Shaffie who was so kind and understood my concerns as I take blood thinners. My treatment was quick and I hardly had time to wonder what would happen when the tooth was out! It was pain free and the nurses let me rest while they explained what to do at home they put a compress on my gums so that the bleeding was reduced. A very positive experience.

After suffering multiple bereavements, all in 10 months including my Son my only child leaving two young Children and a baby, my Boyfriend, my Dad , my uncle died and my brother was diagnosed with cancer even my cat died of cancer . After all of that, I have had rats in my home that have made me very ill .I was thinking I look like a total wreck and would love to have some work on my haggard, sorrowful face and neck . Nelson Road Dentist.....I can not fault Nelson road practice, been going there for over eight years. I've just had a root canal, the care and attention that Dr Michelle Gabriel gave me was second to none. Dr Michelle and assistant Andy make a good pair. I was comfortable from start to finish.
