I have been a patient for over a year now and have always been very happy with the care and attention given at each visit. Reception staff are always extremely polite and welcoming, which gives a calm atmosphere to the practice. Every dentist that I have seen at the practice always takes the time to explain the procedure and make you feel at ease, and as a nervous patient, this is very reassuring. I visited on Saturday for a consultation on composite bonding on some of my upper and lower teeth, and was very happy with the detailed explanations given by Mikalah for me to reach a decision to go ahead with treatment. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable on the subject. I would highly recommend BDC if you are looking for a practice that goes above and beyond in caring for its patients.

My family have been with Hartley dental practice for as long as I can remember and have always been very impressed with all the practice members but today they went over and above. My husband and I both wanted urgent appointments for our teeth and as we live 40 minutes away wanted to be seen at the same time, When I first rang this was not possible so we made to separate times. Then I had a phone call to say that they had a cancellation and that they could fit us both in on the same day 40 minutes apart which we were over the moon about. Our treatments were fantastic as usual and we both would just like to say thank you very very much.

I cannot recommend this dental surgery enough. I am very nervous of attending the dentist, but the staff there are so friendly and welcoming and make you feel at ease. A special thank you to Mandy who encouraged me to attend an appointment and to Jaina the hygienist who has sorted out a number of problems for me- both so lovely and supportive and have helped me overcome my nervousness. I now do not worry about attending the dentist. I would highly recommend this Dental Practice.

Having to visit the Dentist is not something that I relish, so finding that it was necessary to have two large back teeth extracted did not fill me with joy, but the welcome I received at reception could not have been better. Due to nerves, I decided to have Sedation. After I completed the paperwork, consent form, etc, a nurse took me to see the surgeon, who confirmed my name and what treatment I was having done, and I was then prepared for the requested sedation. The next thing I was aware of was someone talking to me in soft tones, asking if I was ok, and that everything was finished. What had I been so nervous about? NO PAIN, not even a twinge, just a feeling of having had a short, deep sleep. For all of the people who fear dental work, my answer is CROWN COURT DENTAL, Excellent Staff, treatment and great value for money.

Over the years visiting different dental practices I've finally found a practice that I feel is the best around at Ark -G dental and cosmetics centre. I have been having treatment over the past few months for my teeth to be put right again from having worn and missing teeth to having implants to bonding to having no smile to having a great smile again. They are professional and the work I have done so far is fantastic. I would highly recommend them for any dental or cosmetic work. The staff are polite professional my Dentist Margarita is a true professional and takes pride in her dental work.
