Demitri has been taking care of my teeth now for many years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else nor have anyone else. He is very calming and an unbelievable dentist.

I went along this morning to have a tooth extracted by Andrew Brown, have to say that I am of a very nervous disposition but Andrew and his nurse (I am very sorry but I don't remember her name) were amazing, felt as though they really cared how I felt. Andrew explained exactly what he would be doing broken down into three steps which was really helpful for me as often it's the fear of the unknown that creates anxiety. The whole procedure was over within 30 minutes and I have to say I didn't even realise that he had finished!!! If you ever get recommended to go to Andrew please do not be afraid. I would recommend him 100%. many thanks to you both.

Had to have a large molar tooth removed yesterday and was really dreading it. I need not have worried because Dr Gaya did it so that I felt nothing. The injections didn’t hurt and the extraction was done very quickly. I couldn’t believe it. Having had bad experiences in the past has left me nervous. I need not have been because this dentist is brilliant. She is very friendly as well as efficient. I have been with this practice for some years now. The dentist’s assistant nurse is also very pleasant as are all the reception staff. Can’t speak highly enough of them all.

I chose Smile Kind as I required specialist surgical treatment not available at my normal general practice dentist. They are on my general practice dentist's list for complex referrals. Also my wife had excellent treatment earlier this year at Smile Kind, to remove a troublesome wisdom tooth. My treatment was to extract a cracked and infected molar that was beyond repair, followed by a bone graft and associated initial procedures in preparation for a planned implant later this year. This process, from my initial assessment meeting with Sami and Sarah, the surgery itself last week, and next day post-op follow up phone call were completed with total professionalism and high skill. The surgery site in my jaw is already settling down after several days. Everything was explained in advance, the surgery itself was pain and stress-free, and patient care was exemplary. If you go here, there is a bell to ring rather than just enter the premises. Why the receptionist didn't just open the door when I was trying to get in I do not know. I went for a consultation to see what the best option was for a missing tooth. You pay before you go. The staff were friendly. The dentist is lovely putting me at ease, explaining what he was doing whilst teaching his staff at the same time. Nice manner about him. He then took the time to show me what options were available to me and how much each would cost. The clinic was state of the art, modern with the latest tech to make the job easier. The view was stunning. I would recommend the experience to others.

I saw the dentist first at the care home, and my teeth were in a bad way as not been for a while. The dentist and assistant were lovely and kind. They arranged for me to have some teeth out at another practice. I cannot fault them, and I have been with my previous dentist for over 30 years. I look forward to seeing them shortly to have new dentures. 😁
