I drive a fair way to come and yesterday saw Jenny for a hygienist appointment and it was really worth the trip. She is friendly, professional, hard-working and conscientious also. My teeth look so much better after she does her magic, she is a different level to any previous ones I have had bar none. The clinic is lovely and modern and friendly reception staff also. Really for me, this is a gem and I work in marketing consultancy and training customer service and really happy I was recommended here by my brother. Give Jenny a go and you will not be disappointed and I would say you will see as I said here a real difference. Highly and sincerely recommended.
I am a new patient registered to NSDC, I am pleased with the treatment and the advice given by the Dentist, I had a periodontal abscess but was already healed when I went to the Clinic, however, the Dentist still treated my gums and checked all my teeth and gums. I want to write an honest review as I have been through the mill finding a dentist in Brighton. With 8 weeks until my wedding, I decided to replace my four front teeth (yes, very late, too late if anything), fixing an old crown and other cosmetic changes. With the risk vs reward being huge, I began searching around.. after having paid consultations with many dental practices I was at a loss, struggling to find a dentist I had confidence in. Hangleton dentil practice was meant to be just another enquiry on the list. However.. Upon my initial consultation, it all changed, I was met with professionalism and a personable service.. So I took the jump. Throughout my dental work, the practice has provided service, timelines and support that went beyond any expectation. Quite simply, they have given me a wedding-worthy smile, and if that is not enough of a recommendation, I don’t know what is. I write this review in the hope to not only help those in a similar position but also as a massive thank you to the team - in particular Dr. Rosario & Dr Rahul.
I have been attending this clinic for about six years now. Dr Florentina Marcu is my dentist. She is excellent at both listening to me as a patient and then explaining options and treatments to me. Dr Marcu's manner is very professional but also considerate and empathetic. I have always received excellent treatment and am always given plenty of information and advice on outcomes and costs so that I can choose the option that works best for me.
As always a very friendly kind and caring practice. Dr Simon Horsley is so knowledgable, professional and caring. I highly recommend SmileWorks you won't get better treatment anywhere else. 5 stars.
