I was there yesterday Saturday and I'm the most nervous guy in the world I felt sick entering the door but once in there felt like I was home lovely staff and very helpful. Going into the chair went downhill but the nurse and Dapo were fantastic with me I had a clean tooth out and must admit didn't feel it coming out. I did feel faint and sweety but was looked after 100% they went up and beyond for me huge tha
I cannot thank Jo Giddy enough for the excellent work she has done in providing me with new dentures. The attention to detail in making the new dentures look so natural and fit so precisely is much appreciated. Jo took several impressions to ensure that the new metal horseshoe-shaped dentures fit with no gaps for food traps, were exceptionally comfortable to wear, and provided me with a smile that looked natural. Previously, I had a denture that made me embarrassed to smile, due to my teeth being uneven from gum disease. Now, I can smile for the first time in many years and eat food that was previously impossible to eat. Thank you, Jo, for your patience and attention to detail in providing me with a denture that will last for the rest of my life. Wow!!. I've been a patient here for well over a decade previously with Kerry who was lovely. Raj and the team are fabulous. I have today seen the hygienist as I do every 6 months. Today I had a new treatment to clean my teeth. A water treatment. I am not good with a sonic treatment [ that is an understatement] however the water cleaning was AWESOME. I wasn't even sure it had started. Gentle. Quiet. Warm like a gentle bath for your teeth. Would highly recommend. Really it was really relaxing!! Thank you Rock team
I was told by 3 high street dentists that they would not do the procedure until I had had a series of infections and would then have to be referred back to an NHS hospital. I was told I would probably only have my top wisdom teeth out, to stop them from pushing food down into my lower wisdom teeth. I was also offered fillings on my bottom wisdom teeth, but because of where they were and how impacted they were I found it difficult to clean them. I was a private patient at all of these dental surgeries. I was also finding it difficult to book a hygienist appointment. Fast forward to Contemporary Dental! I booked in as a new patient, and had an exam and hygiene appointment in the same visit! The x-ray showed how impacted my teeth were and Mark suggested straight away we look at getting them out asap. No worries, no stress, no talk of multiple infections or fillings... I told Mark I was a bit nervous about having them out, and I realise this has been caused by previous Dentists telling me all the horror stories. I was sedated, and I woke up after the procedure. I have had no bruising, no swelling, minimal pain. I'm just shocked- they're out, I'm feeling great. I got a follow-up call the day after, which I found lovely. I have been a private patient since my dentist retired and couldn't find an NHS dentist. I have found some dentists charge you private prices for really basic care and you rarely see the same dentist. I am very happy with Contemporary Prices because they go above and beyond with their care. I also feel by paying for the extractions I had, I can now look after my teeth better. The clinic is lovely, friendly, kind, approachable people. I'm very happy with the service and care I have received and I couldn't recommend Contemporary Dentist enough. It's nice to see the same dentist/ hygienist each time and to build a relationship. A very happy patient!
Excellent treatment (Dental clean) by Shelly and her nurse - they were both very Professional & Kind- they listened to my concerns ref a sensitive tooth (gel placed on all teeth) & during the treatment I mentioned it again (I always do this) but they had cleaned it without me even feeling it!! Best dental hygienist team I have ever had - I have had numerous cleans - always the same top standard!!! 10 out of 10 for me!!
