They pulled out the stops! Rang early on a Monday morning about a problem with a particular tooth, a long-time potential candidate for extraction which seemed about due as it was flaring up. Was expecting to wait some while for an appointment to start off a procedure that would lead to extraction at the hospital because of various complexities. Saw Nancy within 2 hours, examined, and discussed all options including issues caused by my drug list and allergies. Referral to hospital dental service but with a plan if the pain becomes worse. Impossible to get better attention from all concerned - and as an NHS patient. Thanks one and all.
I was there yesterday Saturday and I'm the most nervous guy in the world I felt sick entering the door but once in there felt like I was home lovely staff and very helpful. Going into the chair went downhill but the nurse and Dapo were fantastic with me I had a clean tooth out and must admit didn't feel it coming out. My appointment was for a consultation with a view to having dental implant work done. My dentist had recommended two local dental practices and this was the second one I visited. Smile seemed to me to be doing the work over a longer timescale which I felt was better in order to allow sufficient time for healing which would in turn give a more viable result.

Jo took several impressions to ensure that the new metal horseshoe-shaped dentures fit with no gaps for food traps, were exceptionally comfortable to wear, and provided me with a smile that looked natural. Previously, I had a denture that made me embarrassed to smile, due to my teeth being uneven from gum disease. Now, I can smile for the first time in many years and eat food that was previously impossible to eat. Having a treatment plan agreed upon with Contemporary Dentists a few months ago, the New Year saw me attend for the penultimate work to be carried out. A sedation multiple extractions and a new denture, needless to say as a nervous patient I was very anxious. Well, I received excellent care, was put at ease, the dental nurses were brilliant and Mr Russ, had, I imagine a challenging time with what I needed to do. The outcome two days later, I'm 100% happy and very grateful for their help and I have found my confidence is now coming back, so finding Contemporary Dentists Exeter was the best thing that's happened to me.
