5 50 Dentures Repair

So happy I found The Rock Dental Practice. When I dropped my denture once again on the bathroom floor was horrified to see this time in two pieces. The repair has been done beautifully and is as good as new. compared with having to buy a new denture the cost was minimal. The staff are very professional and know their stuff. thank you all

Wow!!. I've been a patient here for well over a decade previously with Kerry who was lovely.
Raj and the team are fabulous.

I have today seen the hygienist as I do every 6 months. Today I had a new treatment to clean my teeth. A water treatment. I am not good with a sonic treatment [ that is an understatement] however the water cleaning was AWESOME.

I wasn't even sure it had started. Gentle. Quiet. Warm like a gentle bath for your teeth. Would highly recommend. Really it was really relaxing!! Thank you Rock team

I haven't been to the dentist for 7 years so I went for my first visit to The Rock Dental Practice (Yelverton, Devon) with more than a little trepidation, but I needn't have worried - it was all good. Everyone is very friendly and everything is explained including treatment and pricing. Having only been to NHS dentists previously, cost was a concern but this turned out to be less than I imagined, and to be honest, NHS treatment in London was always quite expensive. So, you could say The Rock rocks!

Biography:
She is the Principal Dentist in the Practice with a special interest in Family Dentistry. She studied Dentistry at the Welsh National School of Medicine in the University of Wales in Cardiff and gained her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in 1983. After qualifying Kerry was appointed as 'House Officer' for Children's Dentistry in the Dental School of the University, and later was appointed as 'House Officer' in General Dentistry in the University College Hospital in London. In 1985, she was appointed Senior House Officer in Children's Dentistry at St George's Hospital Tooling, and later in Oral Surgery. She gained experience as a General Dental Practitioner when she joined a general dental practice in Luton. She established her own practice in 1988 in Richmond-on-Thames, and this was sold in 1992 when her husband, was appointed the Consultant in Restorative Dentistry in Devon in 1992. She joined a practice in Plymstock as an Associate and spent time as a locum before taking over The Rock Dental Practice in Yelverton in 1997. She and her husband have three children, a boy and two girls, and they live near Ivybridge.

She graduated from Cardiff University gaining B.D.S. (Hons) in 2010. In 2012 she passed postgraduate examinations to become a member of the joint dental faculties of the Royal College Of Surgeons. She has previously worked in a dental practice in Plymouth and as a Maxillo Facial Senior House Officer at Derriford Hospital. Outside of dentistry Lucy is a keen horse rider and competes at eventing with her horse Tamar. She is excited to be joining the team at The Rock Dental Practice and is looking forward to meeting her new patients.
