I visited Backwell Dental Care on 30/11/21 to see my Hygienist Mrs Helen Harrington. As usual, the procedure to enter the Reception area was controlled and gel used. We were seated metres away from each other. The Receptionist was very professional at all times. Helen was gentle, exceptionally thorough and her usual professional and kind self. On 01/09/21 I visited Dr Patrick Kennedy and he gave his usual caring, thoughtful and professional service. His skill is second to none and I have been a client of his for many years. I have never ever received such a professional service when visiting a dental practice. My husband who is a dental phobic now happily visits this practice with no anxiety whatsoever. He visits Dr Paul Bucknell who is most professional. I can highly recommend this practice which is 5 star at least. I was recommended many years ago by a friend who had amazing teeth. I have never looked back.
Well here goes, I am 70 and until a few years ago my wife had to stand on the door to stop me from running out as I was scared stiff of Dentists. I made enquires about Implants so I made an appointment. I was bricking it] but I went. On arrival there was a calming atmosphere, I have never felt so relaxed and now after several visits, I have no fear at all. The staff are brilliant plus the dental surgeon is a calming figure and explains everything as he goes. I cannot stress enough how they made me feel so relaxed, and would highly recommend them to anybody who feels anxious.
I have had dental implants both in the UK and Turkey. I have struggled to find help back in the UK for dental treatment because of the treatment I had in Turkey. Dr Bohra at this clinic has been amazing!!! Treating me by tightening up the different implants. He ordered the special tools. I can't recommend him enough.
My son was referred to The Smile Suite by our dentist in Bristol as he requires both twin block treatment and full braces. I cannot express how grateful we are to the team at Smile Suite for explaining the treatment so carefully, particularly as my son is very nervous about the work he will be having. Dr Saini spent a great deal of time walking through each aspect of treatment and answering questions. Our treatment coordinator, Sam, was incredibly kind and patient when discussing financing options and other aspects of the work involved. She has made sure we're in full communication throughout the process and shown the utmost professionalism and care when dealing with us. I saw Dr Bilal today. He was assisted by Libby, and I must say that I was very impressed, despite feeling a little anxious. Dr Bilal reassured me and the whole procedure, from giving me the local anaesthetic, having an impacted Wisdom tooth, and a snapped off molar extracted, took less than 10 minutes. I went into the treatment room at 1 pm, and I was on the bus home by 1.16. There was no pain and hardly any bleeding. If your dentist is hesitant about removing a tooth, ask to be referred to Smilekind.
