I was extremely nervous but was soon put at ease & chose to have treatment for wrinkles immediately after my consultation. Due to the understanding & caring staff my treatment was so much better then I could have hoped for.

This clinic did a good job cleaning my teeth. The price was slightly more than the average, but it was fair for the location. There was a five-minute wait before they could see me. Bath Spa is a lovely, clean clinic. The friendly staff made me feel very comfortable. I would have given them a 5/5 if the price was lower. I feel like they could be a bit cheaper, but I’d still recommend them to others.

I was fairly nervous about the treatment, but Graham and his assistant were very reassuring and did their best to ensure the minor procedure went well. I couldn't have hoped for a better dentist. I chose Dental Excellence to carry out some recommended work (I lost trust in my previous dentist). The whole team have been excellent and professional. The reception team are courteous and extremely helpful. Graham (the dentist) was amazing. I made it quite clear that I am a very anxious patient, and he did so much to put my mind at ease and make me feel as comfortable as possible. He was very professional, yet very engaging. I would highly recommend this practice.

Saw Chris for an initial consultation. He was really nice, told him my story that my current dentist wasn't sure what to do about my tooth pain and recurring infections and suggested that I needed to see a sedation dentist. Chris gave me a confident assessment that extraction was the sensible option and offered to do it there and then. I wasn't expecting that but was happy to go ahead. The tooth was out in around 10 mins and a week later I am so pleased I had it done. I'm not in any pain, whereas the last few months have been in constant pain. Excellent, friendly greeting. Seen on time. All very professional.
