I came to Antalya for work and, having some dental work pending, decided to explore the possibility of having it done here. Apex Dental got back to me within minutes of me sending my inquiry through Whatclinic, with clear and courteous communication. Once I arrived at the clinic, I was immediately impressed by its gleaming cleanliness and enthusiastic front counter staff. I was quickly attended by a very bright dentist who swiftly prepared my molar (on which I had previously had a root canal) for the crown it needed. The receptionist who served as the interpreter took care to explain to me that my dentist had over 6 years of experience. My dentist soon realized that I might need a replacement filling on the tooth beside the one that needed the crown, after noticing that I was experiencing some sensitivity during the process to prepare the other tooth. She was actually correct because she found a cavity under that filling. A little while later, another dentist came in and used a camera on a wand to map the side of my mouth where the crown would go, creating a digital model of the entire area. Within 20 minutes he had designed the crown that I would need, and 2 hours later they had constructed it in their on-site lab. I cannot describe how impressed I was with every aspect of this clinic. At an extremely reasonable price (probably a quarter of what it would have cost me in Canada) and within 3 hours of my arrival, I had my new crown, a new filling, and my teeth had been cleaned. I can't recommend highly enough this excellent clinic with their state-of-the-art technology, kind, professional and efficient staff, warm and welcoming demeanour, and free Turkish coffee!! I have actually never seen that mapping technology before and the second dentist explained to me that it is German technology that has only been around for about 3 years. As an incredible bonus, I stayed in the old city of Antalya, which is absolutely stunningly beautiful. I am definitely a very lucky human being today and I have a new crown and a new filling, and I am very grateful to Apex dental.

First of all, you cant go wrong with the hospitality, loyalty and feeling welcomed at Dental Excellence! First impression was incredible and Im not just saying this is real. The treatment and time spent with everyone who works there were amazing. They take the time to explain every single detail, so you can feel comfortable and reassured. I had a deep clean, laser whitening and contouring, which I am very happy with and this has added to my confidence! Mine, which is one of the staff member...has been in constant contact with me explaining my procedure and have been supporting me throughout until I arrived and still is. She's my family now and very happy to know you and everyone who has done individual treatment for me. After doing lots of research and getting lots of quotes from all over Turkey including Izmir and Istanbul I decided to put my trust in Papatya Dental Hospital in Antalya, so glad i did, my journey started when I contacted Emre the patient representative on WhatsApp, he speaks very good English which is a massive bonus he was very patient with me and all my questions, he replied me very quickly and explained everything in detail, other staff at the hospital speak many other languages too, I sent pictures and explained my teeth situation and I received a treatment plan and cost explaining everything, the plan would include accomodation and breakfast in a beachfront hotel with all transfers to and from airport and hotel and hotel and clinic, all my appointments scheduled was on time, I was never left waiting around, the hotel was lovely amazing views and cleaned daily, was a 25 min transfer from the airport and a 10 min transfer hotel to clinic, everything that was agreed in the plan went ahead, no hidden costs, everything with the Papatya Dental was transparent and I very much appreciated that. I met with my doctor Dr Anilcan Aygun, he was amazing, apart from the initial injections to numb my mouth, I felt no other pain, I spent 4 days in and out of the hospital, the place was so clean, all staff very welcoming and they are one big happy family, always smiling and laughing, made my experience lots easier, Emre, as promised never left my side and held my hand through the worst bit of the injections, I did squeeze his hand very hard hope I didn't hurt you my friend, I had lots of treatment as my teeth was rubbish, missing teeth, all discoloured, I had Dental implants, extractions,lots of Zirconia crowns,German brand root Canals, which was done by another lovely female doctor there, I had xrays and photos taken before and after, my journey is not yet complete as I need to return in a few months time to complete my dental implants and spend another 7days overlooking the beautiful sea, so far I have 80 % of my teeth done and I couldn't be happier, I would highly recommend Papatya Dental hospital, everything ran so smoothly great staff,beautiful place, amazing dental skills and value for money. My experience with The Venedik Clinic has been superb!! I had 16 E-Max veneers, 5 root canals and 4 fillings. The treatment was absolutely outstanding and the Clinic is state of the art. Ahmet the dentist was professional and patient - an amazing dentist, Burak the interpreter was a credit to the Clinic, his customer service is 5 star *! The dental nurses were all so lovely and kind when I was in need of a little support. All in all, I cannot recommend The Venedik Clinic enough. I did my research and feel 100% made the best choice. The hotel and VIP pick up was top class too. My teeth are awesome! I love them so much, everyone is amazed at the transformation. Thank you all so much everyone at Venedik - as I told you all ..' I deceided to have my dental treatment at Febris because it was in Antalya. And it is really a place worth visiting. My coordinator Djidda, a really professional guy he gaves me all necessary information I needed and was always with me throughout the whole process. Apart from my treatment, they made me visit the city too. I really liked that. I had my Hollywood smile just in 5 days. And all my friends liked my result some of them already booked in Febris. I would like to thank the doctors, nurses, receptionist, driver and everyone there. I'm very happy.

I got recommendations about this clinic from my friend. I made the decision to do my treatment here too. I was really anxious & nervous before coming here because I was going alone. And it was my first time ever going to this country. But since I came here, I have no doubts,that I made the best decision ever in my life. I been treated like a princess here sine i came out from the airport the driver was waiting for me with the greetings with the VIP car as it was promised. All the staff were incredibly kind! Whenever I needed to contact them during the time I been here they always been in the minutes right there. Even in the night they replied to my messages when I needed them. My treatment was for bond grafting, for 7 implants and tooth’s extraction. The surgeon’s did amazing job with a big care. I can’t thank them enough they are just amazing! And it was really good value. The hotel staff were amazing too! Incredibly amazing until last minute I leave. My husband and I had a consultation in Liverpool in January we went for our smile makeover in March. The treatment was amazing staff was outstanding, they really do care. I was so nervous but I can honestly say they really looked after us. My dentist Esin was an angel and also my husband's dentist Tahsin was just fabulous nothing was too much trouble. The supervisor Gizem and dr Fuat made sure all our needs were met they asked for our feedback at every stage thank you so much. They even tried to give me a refund for a root canal I didn't need.
