A fantastic clinic everything perfect went perfect! Dr Roxana was very careful and professional. Very clean and safe!

I chose Favorit Dental for my root canal and I also had a few fillings done here. There was good feedback online so I decided to go with them. I paid the same price I saw on the website and the treatment was value for money.

My first impressions of the practice were fine, and I enjoyed lovely hospitality. The only problem I had, was the infection I developed after my root canal. I’m not sure if the root canal was linked to this infection or not, but it cleared up after a few days of pain. Unfortunately I was already back in London when the infection set in, and I didn’t have direct access to the clinic. I gave them a call and they prescribed some antibiotics, but I didn’t use these because my tooth healed with a few simple home remedies of my own (garlic, etc.).

I found favorite clinic online. I needed 2 implants and a bridge plus another bridge connected to my teeth. On the first visit I was met at Otopeni airport by Roxana Basian and I stayed in an apartment by the clinic. The treatment was professional, the clinic was very clean and the staff were very helpful. There was no pain whatsoever on any of the procedures.

The second visit was the same as first, the third and final visit to fit the teeth and bridges was really good. It was nearly 22:15 before we finished.

I can really recommend favorite dentist to anyone who needs treatment at a fair price. Thanks.

Good dentist, clean, kind.

I had quite extensive treatment. Three implants and a bridge. It took three visits with quite extensive amounts of time in the dentist's chair. The longest visit was for twelve days. I had suffered from a gum disease and I had lost a number of teeth. I was not worried about how it looked but I had been having numerous difficulties with eating. It was a good experience. I had been given a treatment plan by a Hungarian dentist. I took out the costings and I sent it to the Favorit clinic. The price I received back from them were far cheaper. All in all an excellent experience and I would certainly recommend them.

Accommodation in my earlier visits was in a hotel. They now have a flat in the same block as the clinic, making the stay even cheaper. I chose this clinic after considerable research. I am glad that I did. I have just had a check up after twelve months. I will probably go back next year as well. I was met at the airport and delivered there at the end of my treatment. I had never traveled so far alone. Any anxieties that I had were quickly dispersed.

I needed some fillings so I emailed them for a consultation. My appointment was booked for a few days later. A week after the consultation, all my cavities were taken care of with fillings all for a very good price.

I chose this clinic because of the great reviews and because the website content was in English. The dentist that treated me, Ioana Anita and the assistants all speak English. They were very friendly and professional. Quick appointments and a professional service. Great value!

This was a complicated extraction of a broken crown and tooth which was carried out sympathetically but with some discomfort. Gum stitches did not dissolve as expected and needed removal back in UK.
Some infection occurred and needed antibiotic treatment but may have been my own lack of care.

The clinic was a little difficult to locate but seemed professional and hygienic. I was taken later by Roxanna my dentist, for a panoramic scan some distance away.
Generally, I was treated efficiently and received two follow up calls from Roxanna after returning to the UK

What can i say more … it’s not esay finding the right dentist, much more in another country. I wrote some clinics in Bucharest, but the Favorite Dental Clinic and Dr. Roxana Baisan had been the only one answering me personally. And to my mind, there should be a good relationship from the beginning.
And this had been the right decision for me. Fillings, Root Canal Fillings, one Crown and one extraction – all has been perfect. I can say this now, because it’s four weeks ago now and i don’t had any troubles.
Perfect Service, friendly Staff and compared to Switzerland – extraordinary prices. I just can highly recommand her, so five stars from me.

I am Mrs. Dr. Roxana Baisan's patient since 2009. Either it was cavity filling, root canal obturation, descaling treatments, or even a dental reconstruction, she has always done impeccable work. She has extraordinary patience, is meticulous, and very attentive. When I needed more complicated works, she presented the procedure in detail and offered me multiple treatment options, explaining to me the advantages and disadvantages of each procedure. For me, going to the dentist's has always been stressful, but going to Mrs. Baisan's medical office is synonymous to going to the beauty parlor. She is extremely kind and patient with fainthearted patients (such as myself) because she understands that dental treatments aren't to anyone's liking and does all she can so that the treatment experience is not a painful one. She is always cheerful and friendly, and doesn't show a superior attitude toward the patient. When I needed urgent treatments, the doctor was always perceptive. She immediately made an appointment for the next or even the same day, even if she had to stay overtime. I made the X-rays for the treatments at the clinic, which saved me time spent at other radiology clinics. I am very grateful to Mrs. Dr. Roxana Baisan, and I trustfully recommend her to anyone.
