Every step, the first consultation, the implant procedure and even the final visit was handled with such professionalism and genuine care. They are incredibly prompt and respect every appointment without exception. Everyone there is truly wonderful, from the doctors to the reception staff, all of them kind, attentive, and highly qualified. My implant procedure for the upper arch took only one day, and I didn’t feel any pain at all, as everything was done under local anaesthesia. I felt safe, supported, and in the best hands possible. The clinic also offered me free accommodation, which meant so much to me, especially since I travelled to Romania solely to begin this treatment. Their thoughtfulness and hospitality made the entire experience even more special. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Lupu Clinic. They have not only restored my smile, but also my confidence and for that, I am deeply grateful for everything!

She is incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely caring. Irina went above and beyond to accommodate me and always made herself available when I needed reassurance or clarification. Even when I was no longer in the country, she continued to check in regularly with messages and calls to make sure everything was healing properly and that I was okay. That level of aftercare and attention is truly second to none. The clinic itself is modern and clean, and the whole team is lovely and welcoming. I had an amazing service experience with Dental Aria, quick responses were received from Laura as my enquiry was time-sensitive (away on a short holiday in Bucharest), and they managed to see me in that short time(I sent my photos prior), provided quality service, fix my spaces between my tooth with composite bonding for a very affordable price within 45 mins or less (in time for me to get to the airport). The process was seamless, clinic was also very clean and tidy. Thank you Anhila and all the lovely staff I met at my appointment.

The clinic is very clean and equipped with plenty of modern diagnostic equipment, personnel are nice and polite. Of course all this doesn't pile up for cheap prices. Last summer I had a few treatments performed by Doctor Roxana Conduraru. She's very caring, full of patience, accommodating in everything and helpful in each and every step, including other aspects like helping out with the invoices and fixing the appointments. Her character makes sitting on the dentist chair less frightening and more tolerable if not enjoyable.
