Last week, Dr. Victor and his outstanding team provided me with exceptional dental care, including fillings, a root canal, periodontal treatment, and preparation for porcelain veneers. What impressed me most was Dr. Victor's conservative approach. As my gums responded better than expected, he adjusted my treatment plan to be less invasive. Rather than simply following the original plan, he based his decisions on how I was actually healing. That gave me tremendous confidence that he always put my best interests first. The entire staff has been professional, friendly, patient, and genuinely caring. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and I never felt rushed. When one of my temporary veneers accidentally came off while I was still adjusting to them, Dr. Victor personally made time to see me the very next day before my flight back to the United States. He and his staff even worked on a Sunday to accommodate my travel schedule. That level of dedication and customer service is rare and meant a great deal to me. Unfortunately the outcome for me resulted in damaged teeth and an overall unhealthy mouth. Dr Spears took the time to get to know me, and only promoted solutions that were necessary. Her methods certainly improved my mouth health but there was an added bonus. My overall health and well-being are better! I’m so glad I put my trust in her.
