I cannot recommend Dental Spa in Playa del Carmen highly enough.

Last week, Dr. Victor and his outstanding team provided me with exceptional dental care, including fillings, a root canal, periodontal treatment, and preparation for porcelain veneers.

What impressed me most was Dr. Victor's conservative approach. As my gums responded better than expected, he adjusted my treatment plan to be less invasive. Rather than simply following the original plan, he based his decisions on how I was actually healing. That gave me tremendous confidence that he always put my best interests first.

The entire staff has been professional, friendly, patient, and genuinely caring. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and I never felt rushed.

When one of my temporary veneers accidentally came off while I was still adjusting to them, Dr. Victor personally made time to see me the very next day before my flight back to the United States. He and his staff even worked on a Sunday to accommodate my travel schedule. That level of dedication and customer service is rare and meant a great deal to me.

Although I'll be returning soon to receive my permanent veneers, my experience so far has exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Dr. Victor, Dental Spa, and the entire team to anyone looking for outstanding dental care in Playa del Carmen.

Cleaning, extraction, 4 crowns, a temp bridge in minutes, and the permanent fitting bridge.
Matches my teeth perfectly.

A special thank you to Dr. Victor and his staff for the excellent care and compassion given to me while I was having dental work done! The care I received is second to none! I had 10 teeth removed, 4 crowns, and 1 root canal done. A new set of prosthetic teeth was installed and I feel great. Prior to this treatment, I hadn't smiled for years. I feel so proud of the new look Dr. Victor has given me!

Complicated premolar extraction, Dental Implant and temporary crown was required. I researched dentists in Cancun and Playa del Carmen as this implant procedure was not covered by my own dental plan coverage in Canada.

I went to see Dr. Castromán when I was staying in Playa Del Carmen to get a second opinion on a dental implant for an upper premolar.

Dr. Castromán was very accomodating, provided open, quick and consistent communication with me and facilitated an honest and upfront approach to his practice. Dr. Castroman didn't try to upsell me on recommended work to garnish additional business, nor did he guage me on prices for the work I recieved.

Dr. Castromán was very professional, made me feel comfortable and provided me with an accurate time frame for the completion of the work that was required; whereas alternate dentists told me the procedure (extraction, implant and temporary placement) would only take 30 mins to get me in the door....we all know that's a lie ;)

The procedure was pain free, and the temporary fitting was excellent, much better than my own dentist in Canada....by far!

I plan to go back to see Dr. Castromán to have my other implants installed in 6 months and would highly recommend him to family or anyone seeking dental work.

While eating popcorn, I somehow lost part of a filling. Dental Spa is a very modern clinic with all the apparent equipment that my dentist back home has. He was very gentle while numbing, and he even put green glasses on me to diffuse the bright light. I would definitely recommend. My friend recommended Dental Spa to me after having extensive dental work done include whitening!
