Dr Geoffrey Young is a highly qualified specialist leading a dedicated and friendly team. We are located at Suite 2C, 9 Redmyre Rd, Strathfield. Our building is beside the Strathfield Plaza Shopping Centre and readily accessible by car, train or bus. Dr Young obtained his Bachelor of Dental Surgery with First Class Honours and the University Medal from the University of Sydney in 2002. He completed his specialist training at the University of Melbourne in 2007 and has worked in private specialist practice ever since. In 2011, Dr Young became the first Endodontist in NSW to obtain Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons in the Special Field of Endodontics. This is a highly specialised qualification of the RACDS. Dr Young is the current President of the Australian Society of Endodontology (NSW Branch) after serving on the Executive Committee for over 5 years. The Australian Society of Endodontology, established in the 1960's, is a special interest group promoting interest and participation in the study and advancement of Endodontics. Dr Young teaches Endodontics to dental students at the University of Sydney and has lectured both locally and internationally to dentists and students. He currently runs a two-day intensive course for the Australian Dental Association teaching advanced techniques in Endodont
