I had a rhinoplasty with Road to Smile 2 months ago. At first, although I hesitated a little bit, they achieved to gain my trust. The hotel which they arranged was very good and the room I stayed in was very comfortable. They always took care of me a lot preoperative and postoperative. My doctor was extremely experienced and was knowing what he did. I am very pleased with the result and I recommend this clinic to all.

(The pictures I have attached are only 1 week after surgery, they are still slightly swollen and bruised) I had an amazing experience with Aktif. The hospital was absolutely spotless and very modern with large comfortable rooms. Every member of staff I came into contact with was so friendly, kind and caring, the nurses, the cleaners, the healthcare assistants. Special shout out to Buket and Ipek, two amazing, beautiful, smart young ladies, they looked after me like I was a family member, nothing was too much trouble for them. For example, we landed really late and Ipek ran out to get us food at 1 am in the morning! They went above and beyond at every opportunity. They really did make me feel so safe and cared for, they deserve a massive pay raise! I can’t convey how good they were in words, they just make you feel so secure and looked after and I feel like I made two new friends that I will keep in touch with. Emel was also brilliant, providing me with all the relevant info for my trip and explaining everything carefully before I travelled. My surgeon was also amazing, Dr Umran Muslu has done such a good job on my eyes (upper and lower bleph), they’re not fully healed yet but I can already see the final results are going to be brilliant. He explained my surgery clearly and I felt fully informed every step of the way. My surgery and aftercare were so good that I was able to go out sightseeing around Istanbul the day after my op, I had NO pain at all, I couldn’t quite believe how good I felt after the surgery. We stayed in the Mercure hotel which was just gorgeous, it’s spotless and the staff are super helpful and friendly. The room was really nice, with very comfortable beds and really quiet during the night. The hotel has a lovely Spa with a pool, jacuzzi, steam, sauna and gym - you can use all these for free and it’s open until 10 pm. You can get food in the fabulous restaurant up until 2 am. I had such a good experience, there isn’t one negative thing I could say, everyone was so lovely, even our fantastic driver Hasan would buy us tea and pastries and stop off at beauty spots for us so we could take pictures - honestly, these people are just spectacular the way they care for you. I would recommend Aktif 100%, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a procedure now I’ve found them, just outstanding!

Had surgery with Dr Mehmet Ceber in March. Had a flur de tummy tuck back lift and arm lift with lipo. The best decision I ever made. The surgery was amazing the results are amazing Dr Mehmet Ceber team is the best. Yazan our host was great. There was nothing to big for them to help us with. The hotel the Lionel was fantastic. I will be returning to have my thigh lift and boob lift with Dr Mehmet Ceber and his team. I can not fault them at all. Thank you

I had a breast lift and implants with Dr Hakan Bulam 2 months ago and I am so happy with my results. Breast shape is beautiful and the surgery scars are so delicate. I am so pleased with my results. I'm going to tell you about my journey in Istanbul, I've wanted to do my liposuction 360 and also on my legs for years, but I was very afraid. Meanwhile, I started researching clinics and my cousin recommended this clinic to me because she had had breast implants 1 year ago. I contacted the doctor and started with questions and my fears about what it was going to be like. He was always helpful, very available for everything. Always very attentive to each detailed response. After several message exchanges. I bought my ticket and sent all the proof. 3 days before he contacted me with more details about my arrival and transfer. When I arrived at the airport, the intermediary was already waiting for me, in fact he had already called and so had the Doctor. The intermediary spoke to the driver and they took me to the airport hotel, a 25-minute journey. Upon arrival at the hotel I was very well received, after 10 minutes the doctor was already with me asking me how the trip was and asking if I needed anything. The next day I had breakfast and the doctor was waiting for me to go to the hospital. At the hospital they did all the tests, as soon as the results came back they went ahead with the operation. When I woke up it was very cold and I was dizzy, I came alone. But I never felt alone. The doctor stayed with me until he was sure I was okay. The nurses and the entire medical team were impeccable and very helpful. I even had the right to a warm soup 😊. Next day after breakfast the medical team spent the whole night watching me taking my temperature to see how I was feeling. They started to encourage me to walk because that was the only way I would feel better and recover faster. The doctor picked me up and once again made sure I was ok, walked with me, held all my bags and the driver took us to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel he brought me juice water, it was impeccable. I'm very grateful for that. Next day he came in the morning, brought breakfast. He checked and removed the stitches, and allowed the bath. After the bath, I felt much better. He still waited for me to finish because he was afraid I would get dizzy. Today, December 22nd, he came back to check how I was doing, making sure I didn't put on the straps correctly, he gave me all the tips related to food, massages and everything I needed to know to see an even better result. And he even gave me valuable tips on places to visit. I forgot to mention that today I was already feeling really well without any pain, in fact, it was during the post-operative period that I felt pain. He informed me about the driver's schedule for tomorrow as it was the day to return home. Sorry for the long text but it's to make you feel comfortable if you want to come.
