DR. M. HAKAN BULAM AESTHETIC PLASTIC SURGERY

Dr. M. Hakan BULAM, MD, FEBOPRAS is passionate about delivering quality outcomes in aesthetics. He is a trained plastic surgeon and is registered with the Ministry of Health as a Plastic Surgeon. He started his career in Plastic Surgery in 2006 after completing six-year medical training from the Hacettepe University Medical School (2000-2006) leading to MD. Having worked in Gazi University Plastic Surgery Department (2006-2012) as a plastic surgery resident then became a Plastic Surgeon.

He passed the prestigious European Board of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery examination in 2012 in Belgium and finished his board certification leading to fellow of EBOPRAS. Dr. Hakan is also an Active Member of the International (ISAPS) and national society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (TPRCD/EPDC).

For the past 18 years, Dr. Hakan has been practicing aesthetic surgery on a full-time basis as a consultant. Throughout his illustrious career before this, Dr. Hakan gained experience in aesthetic surgery, non-surgical aesthetics, hand surgery, cancer reconstruction, wound reconstruction, trauma reconstruction, burns, and congenital deformities. Throughout his career, Dr. Hakan published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals and presented at many national and international scientific meetings. His research experience includes 4 awards in the field of aesthetic surgery, non-surgical rejuvenation, fat transfer, and breast surgery from the Turkish Society of Aesthetic and Plastic Surgeons.

Dr. Hakan provides an enhanced patient experience with the best of Turkish hospitality. He spends a lot of time with his patients listening to their needs and educating them about potential treatments they may require. Dr. Hakan believes in doing the best necessary to achieve the desired outcome that is natural-looking and proportionate. He frequently uses the term "Beauty is Already Inside of You and I am Trying to Reveal It" to his clients to reflect this.

Dr. M. Hakan BULAM Clinic has received International Health Center authorization certificate from Ministry of Health Republic of Turkiye in 2021.

Currently, he continues to work on breast, body, and facial plastic surgery and non-surgical aesthetic procedures in his private clinic in Istanbul.
