I went for upper and lower blepharoplasty at this Clinic with Dr Görkem. The communication before and after has been fantastic- regular check-ins before and afterward, Also answering all my questions before surgery in full detail. The transfers ran smoothly and efficiently. All the staff were supportive, friendly and very professional making me feel calm and relaxed at all times. The hospital was very accommodating and a 5-star spotless. From start to finish my experience and surgery were a 100% positive and they really do take care of everything. Would definitely recommend and wish I'd of gone for my surgery sooner 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As you can imagine, travelling to a foreign country for a full mummy makeover was a little bit scary at first. However, from start to finish, my experience has been absolutely amazing. I first met Dr. Samet Sendur at his London clinic, and he immediately made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. He is a highly skilled surgeon with an excellent bedside manner. I stayed for eight nights, and both the hotel and nursing staff were incredible. The nurses came in four times a day and were available 24 hours if I needed anything. The hospital where I had my procedure was modern, very clean, and reassuringly professional. Since returning home, I’ve stayed in constant contact with the nurse team to discuss my progress, which has given me great peace of mind. I also have a follow-up appointment with Dr. Sam in December at his London clinic. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the care, support, and results so far. My experience has been outstanding from beginning to end.

Dr Burak and his team are wonderful, and super professional in beautiful clean, modern facilities. I had Dimpleplasty which was a 30-minute procedure, it's just over a week later and I'm super happy with the results thus far. The Process 1) You make initial enquiry 2) Ozge will get back to you and ask you to send pictures 3) Ozge will speak to the Surgeon who will advise on best option for you 4) Price is agreed (this includes 1 free companion) 5) Video consultation with Surgeon 6) You pay a deposit by BACS, the rest is payable in cash on the day of your operation which can be within a year of making your deposit 7) When you send your flight information, the Co-Ordinator will send you your itinerary together with info on Medical Travel Insurance. 8) The Co-Ordinator is in constant contact with you via whatsapp with information on where to meet your driver once you land in Istanbul 9) Your driver will take you to your hotel 10) The interpreter will introduce himself via whatsapp and confirm pick up time from hotel to hospital 11) You will need to checkout of hotel and leave bags safely with concierge 12) At the hospital the Interpreter will explain everything at every step. There is a lot of paperwork to sign, Passports will be photocopied 13) Pictures will be taken, you get ready for theatre, meet the Surgeon and medical team. All pre op checks are carried out, bloods and xrays, if needed and body marked where the incisions will be. 14) Once you come round, the Surgeon will come to see you and discuss the operation with you, the procedure, the results and next steps, The interpreter will be present at all times. They give you enough pain relief to ensure you do not have any pain at all whatsoever. 15) Upon discharge there will be a car waiting for you to bring you back to the hotel. 16) Follow up appointments are every two days at the Surgeon’s private clinic, they will be listed on your itinerary and the interpreter will confirm pick up time the day before. 17) At your final clinic appointment the nurse will give you a stamped “fit to fly” letter which you will need to show at check-in so that you are able to board the flight. The Surgeon will show you how to look after your wounds and provide you with all necessary medication 18) The car will collect you from your hotel and arrive in plenty of time for your flight. 19) Once you arrive back in your Country, Fly Health continue to look after your well-being by requiring pictures, and they will provide advice accordingly. Everyone at Fly Health really cares about you, the whole team are very personable, professional, skilful, knowledgeable and experts in their field. I had to provide weekly blood tests in the lead up to all my surgeries to ensure I was medically fit. The Anaesthetist has the final say on whether to pass you for surgery and they will only operate if its safe to do so My overall experience each time has been exceptional.
