I met Dr. Viral Desai in his Mumbai clinic in 2017. I was in a great trouble as I was losing my hair and my scalp was visible. I was prescribed by Dr. Viral Desai to go through a DHI surgery. I was completely new to DHI, but this doubt for the treatment was cleared by Dr. Viral Desai as he kept it all transparent. He explained me about the procedure and the precautions that I have to keep post surgery. After the surgery I must say the treatment was helpful, I came home next day of the surgery. The results were visible after 2 weeks of the treatment. After 6 months, the complete growth of hair was visible. I must say if your problem of hair loss, I would recommend you Dr. Viral Desai for the same. Thank you, Dr. Viral Desai. The experience in the clinic was wonderful, the staff takes care of the clients very much. You will be allocated a guide, who will guide you through the treatment and will tell you about the procedure at every single step. Nonetheless, the experience was awesome.

I needed cataract surgery that was affordable. Dr Kumar provided this and so much more. Throughout the experience, I felt as if I was in the hands of a highly professional, caring and skilled surgeon. The surgery was performed under local anaesthesia; not something is usually done in the US. Having now experienced both styles of anaesthesia for this procedure (I had the other eye done in the US years ago with much better health insurance) I can say that two styles of surgery are equally stress-less. The savings factor was large. After calculating all the costs including travel, lodging and meals, I saved over $1000.00. The medical care was excellent and the value is tremendous. The clinic served as a basic office for Dr Kumar. The actual procedure was performed at a nearby speciality hospital (it seem all doctor offices are termed as clinics in India). The facilities are simple but equipped with all that is needed. The staff was very professional and caring. Not all spoke English but arrangements were made prior to my arrival to see that I always had English speaking staff to help me through the process.
