I'm 28 and always wanted a breast enlargement iv always been so self-conscious as I was an A cup and after 2 children they were just like a droop looked like a cow udder. I always wore them 2 sizes bigger bras work wonders they do but once the bra is off it's a total disappointment. I had a few consultations with different consultants but Dr Gawad won hands down he made me feel comfortable and understood exactly what I wanted, I went to a D but as he says don't look at the size on the implant, I just tried different size implants in a bra at the final consultation before op and chose the one I was happy with Which I thought was a great idea! I'm nearly 4 weeks on after the op all healed back to normal activity and the incision under my boob is so neat and minimal I know it will be near enough invisible a few months on. He even came to see me after-theatre to check on me before I was sent home and I received a get well soon bouquet of flowers sent by he's lovely assistant Rachel - such a lovely touch I never expected! I have had my post app everything great and will see him again in 3 months. I no it's so many people's dream and not everyone can afford it but the finance options are affordable if you don't have the lump sum - which I didn't! I can't stop looking down and seeing that I now actually have boobs! It's amazing! Dr Gawad changed my life & he is an amazing & talented surgeon I would recommend him to everyone!

He didn't want to add the extra scars on my breast unnecessarily. I'm grateful for his pragmatic approach and happy I listened to his advice. I now have a nice natural outcome with no visible scars. Really, he puts your health as his priority as much as the outcome. Special mention to Mrs. Ghada, the Clinic Operations Manager, she is absolutely superb. Extremely efficient and accurate with keeping appointments, always very friendly and accommodating, and nothing really seems too much trouble for her. As a German national, this was something exceptional to experience here. The whole team deserve utmost praise from how the clinic is run and kept clean to how nice they all treat their patients, incl. the very sweet English-speaking nurse and lovely German-speaking female Assistant Plastic Surgeon, I was always made feel like I was at home, not in a clinic. I'm actually sad that I am no longer a patient...but, who knows, in the future I may be in need of a procedure. I will be happy to get treated by them again any time.

Extremely happy with the composite bonding done by Dr Hossam. My teeth now look much straighter and whiter, from a pain free process! Dr Hossam cleverly changes the appearance of your teeth, without any invasive drilling. He carefully checked that there was no alteration to my bite as a result of the process, listened to what I was feeling and worked to correct it until I was comfortable. I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for dental treatment
